छात्रा के साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार कर हत्या कर देने के मामले में दो को फांसी व एक को आजीवन कारावास

खड़गपुर, कालेज छात्रा के साथ बलात्कार कर हत्या कर देने के मामले में दो आरोपी युवक को मेदिनीपुर जिला अदालत ने फांसी की सजा सुनाई है जबकि सहयोग करने के मामले में एक महिला को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है। ज्ञात हो कि मेदिनीपुर जिला अदालत प्रथम कोर्ट के द्वितीय जज कुसुमिका दे(माईति) ने आरोपियों को दोषी पा सजा सुनाई तीनों को सोमवार को ही दोषी ठहरा दिया गया था आज तीनों के खिलाफ सजा सुनाई गई। जानकारी के मुताबिक खड़गपुर अनुमंडल के पिंग्ला थाना के जामना में एक घर में राजमिस्त्री का काम करने गए बिकास मुर्मु(27) व छोटू मुर्मु ने कथित तौर पर घर मालिक के छोटी बेटी के साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार किया व निर्ममता पूर्वक गला घोंट कर हत्या कर दी। आरोप है कि मामले में तपती पात्रो नामक 37 वर्षीय महिला ने सहयोग किया था। 20 वर्षीय पीड़िता कालेज छात्रा की मां ने बताया कि पुराने मिट्टी के घर को तोड़ नया बनाया जा रहा था जिसका काम करने के लिए आरोपी घर में आए थे घर में काम चल रहा था

दोपहर का खाना खाने के बाद पीड़िता की मां व पिता लेटने चले गए जबकि पीड़िता ने मोबाईल में पढ़ाई करने की बात की। जब उनलोगों की नींद खुली तो बेटी को घर में नहीं पा खोजी तो काम करने वाली महिला ने बताया कि उसकी बेटी कार में किसी के साथ चली गई जिससे माता पिता को शक हुआ कि अगर कार उसके घर तक आ भी जाए तो वापस जाने में काफी तकलीफ होगी। जहां घटना हुई थी वहां जाने के लिए आरोपी बार बार रोक रहे थे यह कह कर कि वहां उसकी बेटी नहीं है आखिरकार घऱ वालों दो कमरों के सिटकिनी खोल अंदर गई थो पीड़िता नग्न अवस्था में लहूलूहान पाई गई उसकी निर्ममता पूर्वक हत्या कर दी गई थी। पुलिस को खबर देने पर पिंग्ला थाना की पुलिस तीनों को हिरासत में ले लिया व पीड़िता का अंत्यपरीक्षण करा जांच में जुट गई ।

पोस्टमार्टम व फारेंसिक रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आरोपी दोषी पाए गए। बिकास व छोटू को धारा 302 व 376D के तहत दोषी पाया गया जबकि पका 120 B व 302 के तहत दोषी पाई। सजा पाए अभियुक्तों ने मामले में टिप्पणी करने से इंकार कर दिया। पता चला है कि पीड़िता दो बहने थी जबकि छोटू झाड़खंड के पूर्व सिंहभूम जिले व छटू सबंग तथा तपती भी जिले के आसपास की रहने वाली है बिकास अविवाहित है जबकि छोटू व तपती शादीशुदा है। घटना पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए सरकारी वकील एपीपी देबाशीष माईति ने बताया कि 3 मई 21 की घटना है जब राजमिस्त्री ने युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म कर निर्ममतापूर्वक हत्या कर दी बाद में अंत्यपरीक्षण रिपोर्ट व फारेंसिक लैब के टेस्ट व 27 गवाहों के बयान के आधार पर दोषियों को सजा दी गई। मां का कहना है कि अगर तापती उसे बरगलाई नहीं होती तो शायद उसकी बेटी की मौत ना होती उन्होने सजा पर कहा कि मेरा आंचल तो खाली ही रह गया बावजूद उसके दोनों आरोपियों को फांसी की सजा मिली इससे वह संतुष्ट है।

Kharagpur: In the rape and murder of a college student, the Medinipur district court has awarded death sentence to two accused youths, while a woman has been sentenced to life imprisonment for being an accomplice. It is to be known that the  Medinipur District Court First track 2nd  Court, Kusumika De (Maiti) found the accused guilty and sentenced . All three were convicted on Monday itself. According to the information, Bikas Murmu (27) and Chhotu Murmu, who went to work as masons in a house in Jamna of Pingla police station of Kharagpur subdivision, allegedly gang-raped the house owner’s younger daughter and brutally strangled her to death. It is alleged that a 37-year-old woman named Tapti  had cooperated in the case. The mother of the 20-year-old victim, a college student, told that the old mud house was being demolished and the new one was being built, for which the accused had come to the house to work. Work was going on in the house.

Parents could not find the daughter in the house, then the working woman told that her daughter had gone with someone in the car, which made the parents doubt that even if the car reached her house, it would be very difficult to go back. The accused were repeatedly stopping them from going to the place where the incident took place, saying that their daughter was not there, finally the family members opened the doors of the two rooms and the victim was found lying naked in a pool of blood and had been brutally murdered. On informing the police, the police of Pingla police station took all three into custody and got involved in the investigation after conducting the postmortem of the victim. On the basis of post mortem and forensic report, the accused were found guilty. Bikas and Chhotu were found guilty under sections 302 and 376D while tapti was found guilty under sections 120B and 302. The convicted accused declined to comment on the matter. It has been learned that the victims were two sisters while Chhotu is a resident of East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand and Chhotu Sabang and Tapati are also residents of nearby district. Bikas is unmarried while Chhotu and Tapati are married. Responding to the incident,  APP Debasish Maiti said that the incident took place on May 3, 2021 when the masons brutally raped and murdered the girl, later the culprits were punished on the basis of autopsy report and forensic lab tests and statements of 27 witnesses.victim mother says that if Tapati had not tricked her, her daughter might not have died. On the punishment, she said that my aanchal remained empty, even though both the accused were hanged, she is satisfied .
