खड़गपुर डिवीज़न ने स्पेशल टिकट चेकिंग ड्राइव चलाई
खड़गपुर, 14 फरवरी, 2026:
साउथ ईस्टर्न रेलवे के खड़गपुर डिवीज़न ने आज खड़गपुर – टाटा, खड़गपुर – बालेश्वर और खड़गपुर – हावड़ा सेक्शन की कई ज़रूरी ट्रेनों और स्टेशनों पर स्पेशल टिकट चेकिंग ड्राइव चलाई। साथ ही, बिना टिकट और अनियमित यात्रा पर रोक लगाने और रेलवे नियमों का बेहतर पालन पक्का करने के लिए संतरागाछी, मेचेडा, बालेश्वर, बेल्दा और दूसरे स्टेशनों पर भी कड़ी सुरक्षा में चेकिंग की गई।
यह ड्राइव डिवीज़न के कमर्शियल स्टाफ़ ने ट्रेन नंबर 22504, 12841, 12814, 12842, 12021, 12703, 12704, 12828, 12860, 12074, 12821 और 22642 में चलाई। इंटेंसिव चेकिंग के दौरान, बिना टिकट और गलत तरीके से यात्रा करने के 285 मामले पकड़े गए, और नियम तोड़ने वालों से कुल ₹1,61,840 का जुर्माना वसूला गया।
खड़गपुर डिवीज़न द्वारा बिना टिकट यात्रा को रोकने, सामान का ऑथराइज़्ड ट्रांसपोर्टेशन पक्का करने और असली यात्रियों को सुरक्षित और सही यात्रा का माहौल देने के लिए ऐसे ड्राइव रेगुलर चलाए जा रहे हैं। डिवीज़न यात्रियों से अपील करता है कि वे सही टिकट लेकर यात्रा करें और रेलवे के नियमों का पालन करें।
Kharagpur, February 14, 2026:
Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway conducted a special ticket checking drive today across several important trains and stations in KHARAGPUR – TATA, KHARAGPUR – BALESHWAR and KHARAGPUR – HOWRAH sections along with intensive fortress checking at Santragachi, Mecheda, Baleshwar, Belda and other stations to curb ticketless and irregular travel and to ensure better compliance with railway rules.
The drive was carried out in Train Nos. 22504, 12841, 12814, 12842, 12021, 12703, 12704, 12828, 12860, 12074, 12821 and 22642 by commercial staff of the division.
During the intensive checking, 285 cases of ticketless and irregular travel were detected, and a total penalty amount of ₹1,61,840 was realised from the offenders.
Such drives are being conducted regularly by Kharagpur Division to discourage ticketless travel, ensure authorised transportation of goods, and provide a safe and fair travel environment for genuine passengers. The division appeals to passengers to travel with proper tickets and adhere to railway rules.
