08508 Visakhapatnam-Shalimar Holi Special will leave Visakhapatnam on every Wednesday from 03.03.2026 to 17.03.2026 at 11.20 hrs and will reach Shalimar at 03.00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08507Shalimar-Visakhapatnam Special will leave Shalimar on every Tuesday from 04.03.2026 to 18.03.2026 at 05.00 hrs and will arrive Visakhapatnam at 20.50 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Santragachi, Kharagpur and Baleshwar in SER jurisdiction.
…….CONVERSION OF RAKE INTO LHB OF 12885/12886 SHALIMAR-BHOJUDIH-SHALIMAR ARANYAK EXPRESS

For enhanced passenger safety, comfort and improved travel experience, the conventional ICF rake of 12885/12886 Shalimar-Bhojudih-Shalimar Aranyak Express is being converted into LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches.
The conversion will be effective from 23.02.2026 both from Shalimar and Bhojudih.
LHB coaches are equipped with modern technology, offering improved safety features, superior riding comfort and suitability for higher speed operations. These coaches have enhanced suspension systems, advanced braking mechanisms and improved passenger amenities, ensuring a smoother and safer journey.
