Railways opened a helpdesk to supply essential goods, Mask and sanitizer made for employees, Fed the stranded train staff returning back

Kharagpur,  Railway has set up a helpdesk in Kharagpur for the supply of essential goods and medicines to railway employees, by calling 9002081639, Railway employees can order food items, vegetables, milk and medicines from 8 to 10 in the morning and 3 to 5 in the evening at reasonable prices. Aditya Kumar Chaudhary, PRO of Kharagpur rail divn told to kgpnews that rly employees could get goods sitting at home. Only railway workers of Kharagpur town will be able to take advantage of it at present.

Railway Administration has made 500 masks through the BNR Excellence Academy, while the staff of the Rail Hospital have made sanitizers which will be given free to the railway employees. Today the employees have given free soap.  south India and western India’s, stranded railway employees, including TT, driver and guard, reached Kharagpur by empty racks of train no12261 and 12864 about 100 employees were fed food at Kharagpur station after that Train departed for santragachi.
