सांसद दिलीप घोष ने मिदनापुर स्टेशन पर 02 (दो) लिफ्टों का किया उद्घाटन

 

To improve the provision of passenger amenity at Midnapur station, Kharagpur division of South Eastern Railway has completed the construction and installation of two no. of lifts at PF no.1 & PF no. 2/3 of Midnapur station. The provision of such passenger amenity work at Midnapur station shall ease the flow of passenger movements from one Platform to another. The provision of lifts at Midnapur station have been sanctioned in the year 2018-19 with a composite proposal of provision of 24 no. of lifts at different stations over this division with an approximate cost of Rs. 10.71Crore.

Today, Sri Dilip Ghosh, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Medinipur has inaugurated the 02(two) nos of lifts at PF no.1 & PF No. 2/3 at Midnapur station for the benefit of Rail users on 11:30 hrs at Midnapur station. Mr. M.S. Hashmi, Divisional Railway Manager/Kharagpur, Sri Rajesh Kumar, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Kharagpur and other railway officers and officials were also present during the occasion.

मिदनापुर स्टेशन पर यात्री सुविधाओं के प्रावधान में सुधार के लिए, दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे के खड़गपुर मंडल ने मिदनापुर स्टेशन के प्लेटफार्म नंबर 1 और प्लेटफार्म नंबर 2/3 पर दो लिफ्टों का निर्माण और स्थापना का काम पूरा कर लिया है।

मिदनापुर स्टेशन पर इस तरह के यात्री सुविधा कार्य के प्रावधान से एक प्लेटफॉर्म से दूसरे प्लेटफॉर्म पर यात्रियों की आवाजाही में आसानी होगी। मिदनापुर स्टेशन पर लिफ्टों के प्रावधान को वर्ष 2018-19 में इस मंडल के विभिन्न स्टेशनों पर 24 संख्या में लिफ्टों के प्रावधान के समग्र प्रस्ताव के साथ 10.71 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित लागत से मंजूरी दी गई थी।

आज, श्री दिलीप घोष, माननीय सांसद, मेदिनीपुर ने मिदनापुर स्टेशन पर 11:30 बजे रेल उपयोगकर्ताओं के लाभ के लिए पीएफ नंबर 1 और पीएफ नंबर 2/3 पर 02 (दो) लिफ्टों का उद्घाटन किया है। 

इस अवसर पर श्री एम एस हाशमी, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक/खड़गपुर, श्री राजेश कुमार, वरिष्ठ मंडल वाणिज्यिक प्रबंधक, खड़गपुर और अन्य रेलवे अधिकारी और अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।

Major Highlights for the year 2022-23

 

• • Kharagpur Division Achieved the 1st Position in E-Auction Earnings over entire Indian Railways, the division maintained the first place for almost 3 months. Presently KGP division is placed at 2nd position in overall E-Auction Earnings with total earning value of 263.16 Cr Rupees. Mumbai division is placed at first place in overall earnings with an amount of 321.59 Cr Rupees and Delhi division is at 3rd place with an earning amount of Rs. 259.82 Cr.
  •  KGP Division is currently at 1st Position in the E-Auction Earnings through Parcel Leasing with a whooping amount of Rs. 237.13 Cr. Delhi division is placed at 2nd place with an earning amount of Rs. 168 Cr

• 163.90 Million Originating passengers travelled during this F.Y as against 71.63 Million passengers in the same time of previous year, which is (+) 128.8% above.

• • Passenger earnings realized to the tune of Rs. 1626.64 Cr  as against Rs. 1031.5  Cr in the same time of previous year, which (+) 57.7% above. This is the highest ever passenger earnings realized in any F.Y.
  • Goods Earnings realized to the tune of Rs.2432.47 Cr in 2022-23 as against Rs. 2006.5Cr in the same time of previous year, which is (+) 21.2% above. This is the highest Ever earnings realized in any F.Y.
  • 29.54 Million tonnes freight loaded by Kharagpur division in the year 2022-23 in comparison to  25.35 Million tonne in last F.Y , which is  (+) 16.5 above. This is highest ever loading done in any F.Y.

• The ticket checking earnings realized to the tune of Rs.68.34Cr as against Rs     16.8Cr in the same time of previous year, which is (+) 306.8% above. This is the Best ever performance of ticket checking in any F.Y.

• 02(Two) nos of Ticket checking staff of this division has achieved the individual milestone of Rs. 01 Crore penalty collection during this Financial Year. This is the first time that any ticket checking staff of this division has achieved the 01 crore individual earning mark.

  (+) 48.8% above. From this head, Rs. 99.32 Cr has been realized from Parcel & luggage earnings in the year 2022-23 as against Rs 65.38 Cr in the same time of previous year, which is (+) 51.9% above.
• At present, 25 VP services are in operation in this division. This is the highest number of leased VP being operated by any division at present.
• Tender under finalization for PCET from SHM to AGTL.
• Revenue generated from scrap sale to the tune of Rs, 56.94Cr during the year 2022-23 as against Rs. 30.45Cr in the same time of previous year.

• Highest ever NFR earnings to the tune of Rs. 4.28Cr has been realized in this F.Y which is (+) 345.16% over above last year figure.
• Highest ever earnings realized from various heads of sundry pertaining to comml. Deptt are as follows: Catering- 2.93Cr, parking lots – 2.90Cr, Pay & Use toilet-0.83Cr.

• The division has awarded tender for 768 LED TV display in 16 nos. of EMU rakes during this financial year with a Contract value of Rs. 80.5 Lakhs.
• The division has also awarded tender for 457 Nos. of LED TVs at 50 stations with a Contract value of Rs. 1.90 Cr. This is the highest no. of display units being offered by any division over entire Indian Railways.

• The division has awarded tender for the Rail Coach Restaurant at SRC with the Contract value of Rs. 80.83 Lakhs and Rail Coach Restaurant at DGHA with the Contract value of Rs. 1.12 Cr.
• The division has awarded tender for the Cleaning of Wagons at NKKH (Annual Revenue – Rs. 1.35 Cr.), and at HLZ Yard ( Annual Revenue – Rs. 3.03 Cr.)

 

Other Highlighted points:

• KGP division has successfully implemented the STBA Scheme at all NSG-4 & SG-3 category stations, this division is the first division to implement this scheme successfully.
• The ATVM facilitator scheme is successfully extended & implemented for General public also by this Division.  At present – 53 ATVM Facilitators for 28 locations.
• About 40% Growth in UOM users in the division owing to various awareness campaigns.
• The division is working on the proposal of utilizing the Erstwhile Gr. D staff cadre as multitasking staff after proper training.
• As per Ld.Court’s order, the eviction of unauthorized catering stall of M/s Dynamic international has been evicted successfully at Kharagpur station during this year. 
• 1025 Front line staff of Comml. Dept were imparted Mission Karmayogi training by 10 Master Trainer & a Super Trainer (trained at IRITM LKO) in 20 batches.
• Introduction of HHT devices for the ticket checking staff of the division. To facilitate digital, hassle free and fair system, 521 HHT devices were provided to all the ticket checking staff of this division. 
• Initiatives of GCT at railway land – Tender under finalization for SGTY & DZK. Survey already done for RGT, RGA & NKKH, EOI issued for BGY.  Survey to be done for DVM.
• This division has also taken prompt measure to bust a tout racket and corrupt practices undertaken at Kharagpur reservation office. This will not only check the leakages of Railway revenue but also provides smooth issue of reservation tickets for the bonafide passenger.

During this F.Y, major passenger amenity items have been inaugurated by Hon’ble MP/MLA,, the details are appended below:

• For providing better passenger amenities, the following passenger amenities works were dedicated to the public during the year:
•  Inauguration of New Station building and RUB no.92 at GII station.
• Inauguration of RUB no. 122 at GTS station.
• Dedication of Road Over Bridge (ROB) No. 133 & 133B near Gate Bazaar & Kharagpur Workshop respectively.
• Inauguration of 02 Nos. of lifts & Laying of foundation stone of Escalator at Balasore station.
• Dedication of Road Under Bridge at LC no.60 at Kalaikunda station.
• Inauguration of lifts at PF No.1 and 2/3 at Jaleswar station.
• Inauguration 03 lifts at New Foot Over Bridge on South side Circulating Area, PF No. 1&2, & PF No. 5 & 6 of Kharagpur station.
• Dedication of Girimaidan Fly Over Bridge.
• Inauguration of renovated Food Plaza at Kharagpur station.

 

Other passenger amenity works completed during this F.Y:

1. Raising of PF: Platform has been raised at BTQ(1/2), JRG(PF.1/2), Gopinathpur- Nilgiri(PF.1/2), Sutai-Badgaon(1/2). Current Month Progress is at Sutai-Badgaon Station. 
2. Platform Surface improvement :  Total 11Nos PF Surface have been renovated in Kharagpur Divisions by new surfacing & repairing at SFO(1/2), JGM(PF.1,2,3), BTQ(PF.1/2), JRG(1/2), Gopinathpur-Nilgiri (1/2) developed in Kharagpur Division. Current Month Progress is at Gopinathpur-Nilgiri (1/2).
3. Circulating Area :   Total 02Nos Stn KGP, HLZ circulating area has been renovated.
4. Station facade improvement. HLZ Station Façade has been beautified in Kharagpur Divisions.
5. Beautification at Station Approach : Total five nos Stations – CKU, DVM, HIJ, KATI, RHE are beautified in Kharagpur Division
6. FOB : FOB Girder Launching completed at different locations – JGM, KNM, BNB, KATB, KSO, NGRD stations (total 6Nos station)  in Kharagpur Division.
7. PF Shelter : PF shelter newly constructed at Gopinathpur & Somnathpur station (Total-06Nos Bay).
8. 19 nos. of stations have been enlisted in Amrit Bharat scheme for upgradation of station development works.

 

वर्ष 2022-23 की प्रमुख विशेषताएं

ई-नीलामी आय में खड़गपुर मंडल ने पूरे भारतीय रेलवे में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया, मंडल ने लगभग 3 महीने तक प्रथम स्थान बनाए रखा। वर्तमान में केजीपी डिवीजन 263.16 करोड़ रुपये के कुल कमाई मूल्य के साथ समग्र ई-नीलामी आय में दूसरे स्थान पर है। 321.59 करोड़ रुपये की कुल कमाई के साथ मुंबई मंडल पहले स्थान पर है और दिल्ली मंडल 3 करोड़ रुपये की कमाई के साथ तीसरे स्थान पर है। 259.82 करोड़।

केजीपी डिवीजन वर्तमान में पार्सल लीजिंग के माध्यम से ई-नीलामी आय में पहले स्थान पर है, जिसकी राशि रु. 237.13 करोड़। दिल्ली मंडल को रुपये की कमाई के साथ दूसरे स्थान पर रखा गया है। 168 करोड़

पिछले वर्ष की समान अवधि में 71.63 मिलियन यात्रियों की तुलना में इस वित्त वर्ष के दौरान 163.90 मिलियन शुरुआती यात्रियों ने यात्रा की, जो (+) 128.8% अधिक है।

रुपये के बराबर यात्री आय का एहसास हुआ। रुपये के मुकाबले 1626.64 करोड़। 1031.5  Cr पिछले वर्ष के समान समय में, जो (+) 57.7% अधिक है। यह किसी भी वित्तीय वर्ष में अब तक की सर्वाधिक यात्री आय है।

2022-23 में रुपये की तुलना में 2432.47 करोड़ रुपये की माल आय हुई। 2006.5Cr पिछले वर्ष के समान समय में, जो (+) 21.2% अधिक है। यह किसी भी वित्तीय वर्ष में अब तक की सर्वाधिक कमाई है।

पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में 25.35 मिलियन टन की तुलना में वर्ष 2022-23 में खड़गपुर मंडल द्वारा 29.54 मिलियन टन माल लदा गया, जो कि (+) 16.5 से अधिक है। यह किसी भी वित्त वर्ष में अब तक की सर्वाधिक लोडिंग है।

पिछले वर्ष की समान अवधि में 16.8 करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में टिकट चेकिंग आय 68.34 करोड़ रुपये रही, जो (+) 306.8% अधिक है। यह किसी भी वित्त वर्ष में टिकट जांच का अब तक का सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन है।

इस मंडल के 02 (दो) टिकट जांच कर्मचारियों ने रुपये का व्यक्तिगत मील का पत्थर हासिल किया है। इस वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान 01 करोड़ जुर्माना संग्रह। यह पहली बार है कि इस मंडल के किसी भी टिकट चेकिंग स्टाफ ने 01 करोड़ व्यक्तिगत कमाई का आंकड़ा हासिल किया है।

कोचिंग से होने वाली अन्य आय रु. 181.23Cr पिछले वर्ष के समान समय में 121.78Cr के मुकाबले, जो (+) 48.8% अधिक है। इस मद से रु. वर्ष 2022-23 में पार्सल और लगेज आय से 99.32 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली की गई, जबकि पिछले वर्ष की इसी अवधि में यह 65.38 करोड़ रुपये थी, जो (+) 51.9% अधिक है।

वर्तमान में इस मंडल में 25 वीपी सेवाएं कार्यरत हैं। वर्तमान में किसी भी मंडल द्वारा संचालित लीज्ड वीपी की यह सर्वाधिक संख्या है।

एसएचएम से एजीटीएल को पीसीईटी के लिए निविदा को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है।

वर्ष 2022-23 के दौरान कबाड़ की बिक्री से 56.94 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व सृजित हुआ। पिछले वर्ष के समान समय में 30.45 करोड़।

रुपये की अब तक की सबसे अधिक एनएफआर कमाई। इस वित्त वर्ष में 4.28 करोड़ रुपये वसूल किए गए हैं जो पिछले वर्ष के आंकड़े से (+) 345.16% अधिक है।

वाणिज्य से संबंधित विभिन्न मदों से अब तक की सर्वाधिक कमाई। विभाग इस प्रकार हैं: कैटरिंग- 2.93 करोड़, पार्किंग स्थल- 2.90 करोड़, पे एंड यूज टॉयलेट- 0.83 करोड़।

संभाग ने 16 में 768 एलईडी टीवी डिस्प्ले के लिए टेंडर दिया है। रुपये के अनुबंध मूल्य के साथ इस वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान ईएमयू रेक की। 80.5 लाख।

मंडल ने 50 स्टेशनों पर 457 नग एलईडी टीवी के लिए निविदा भी प्रदान की है, जिसका अनुबंध मूल्य रुपये है। 1.90 करोड़। यह उच्चतम संख्या है। पूरे भारतीय रेलवे में किसी भी मंडल द्वारा दी जाने वाली प्रदर्शन इकाइयों की संख्या।

मंडल ने एसआरसी में रेल कोच रेस्तरां के लिए रुपये के अनुबंध मूल्य के साथ निविदा प्रदान की है। रुपये के अनुबंध मूल्य के साथ डीजीएचए में 80.83 लाख और रेल कोच रेस्तरां। 1.12 करोड़।

डिवीजन ने एनकेकेएच (वार्षिक राजस्व – 1.35 करोड़ रुपये) और एचएलजेड यार्ड (वार्षिक राजस्व – 3.03 करोड़ रुपये) में वैगनों की सफाई के लिए निविदा प्रदान की है।

अन्य हाइलाइट किए गए बिंदु:

KGP डिवीजन ने सभी NSG-4 और SG-3 श्रेणी के स्टेशनों पर STBA योजना को सफलतापूर्वक लागू किया है, यह डिवीजन इस योजना को सफलतापूर्वक लागू करने वाला पहला डिवीजन है।

एटीवीएम सुविधा योजना को इस प्रभाग द्वारा आम जनता के लिए भी सफलतापूर्वक विस्तारित और कार्यान्वित किया गया है। वर्तमान में – 28 स्थानों के लिए 53 एटीवीएम सुविधाकर्ता।

विभिन्न जागरूकता अभियानों के कारण संभाग में यूओएम उपयोगकर्ताओं में लगभग 40% की वृद्धि हुई है।

विभाग पूर्ववर्ती जीआर के उपयोग के प्रस्ताव पर काम कर रहा है। डी स्टाफ संवर्ग उचित प्रशिक्षण के बाद मल्टीटास्किंग स्टाफ के रूप में।

लोक अदालत के आदेश के अनुसार, इस वर्ष के दौरान खड़गपुर स्टेशन पर मैसर्स डायनामिक इंटरनेशनल के अनधिकृत खानपान स्टॉल को सफलतापूर्वक बेदखल कर दिया गया है।

1025 Comml के फ्रंट लाइन स्टाफ। विभाग को 20 बैचों में 10 मास्टर ट्रेनर और एक सुपर ट्रेनर (IRITM LKO में प्रशिक्षित) द्वारा मिशन कर्मयोगी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

मंडल के टिकट जांच कर्मचारियों के लिए एचएचटी उपकरणों का परिचय। डिजिटल, झंझट मुक्त और निष्पक्ष प्रणाली की सुविधा के लिए, इस मंडल के सभी टिकट जांच कर्मचारियों को 521 एचएचटी डिवाइस प्रदान किए गए।

रेलवे भूमि पर जीसीटी की पहल – एसजीटीवाई और डीजेडके के लिए निविदा को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। आरजीटी, आरजीए और एनकेकेएच के लिए पहले ही सर्वेक्षण किया जा चुका है, बीजीवाई के लिए ईओआई जारी किया गया है। डीवीएम के लिए किया जाएगा सर्वे

इस मंडल ने खड़गपुर आरक्षण कार्यालय में चल रहे एक दलाल रैकेट और भ्रष्ट आचरण का पर्दाफाश करने के लिए भी त्वरित कदम उठाए हैं। यह न केवल रेलवे राजस्व के रिसाव की जांच करेगा बल्कि वास्तविक यात्रियों के लिए आरक्षण टिकटों को आसानी से जारी करने की सुविधा भी प्रदान करेगा।

इस वित्त वर्ष के दौरान, माननीय सांसद/विधायक द्वारा प्रमुख यात्री सुख-सुविधाओं का उद्घाटन किया गया है, जिसका विवरण नीचे दिया गया है:

वर्ष के दौरान बेहतर यात्री सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के लिए निम्नलिखित यात्री सुविधाओं के कार्य जनता को समर्पित किए गए:

जीआईआई स्टेशन पर नए स्टेशन भवन और आरयूबी संख्या 92 का उद्घाटन।

आरयूबी संख्या का उद्घाटन। जीटीएस स्टेशन पर 122।

गेट बाजार और खड़गपुर वर्कशॉप के पास क्रमशः रोड ओवर ब्रिज (आरओबी) संख्या 133 और 133बी का लोकार्पण।

बालासोर स्टेशन पर 02 लिफ्टों का उद्घाटन और एस्केलेटर की आधारशिला रखना।

कलाईकुंडा स्टेशन पर समपार संख्या 60 पर निचले सड़क पुल का लोकार्पण।

जलेश्वर स्टेशन पर पीएफ नंबर 1 और 2/3 पर लिफ्ट का उद्घाटन।

खड़गपुर स्टेशन के साउथ साइड सर्कुलेटिंग एरिया, पीएफ नंबर 1 और 2, और पीएफ नंबर 5 और 6 पर नए फुट ओवर ब्रिज पर 03 लिफ्टों का उद्घाटन।

गिरिमैदान फ्लाई ओवर ब्रिज का लोकार्पण।

खड़गपुर स्टेशन पर पुनर्निर्मित फूड प्लाजा का उद्घाटन।

इस वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान पूरे किए गए अन्य यात्री सुविधा कार्य:

पीएफ की स्थापना: बीटीक्यू (1/2), जेआरजी (पीएफ.1/2), गोपीनाथपुर-नीलगिरी (पीएफ.1/2), सुताई-बडगाँव (1/2) में प्लेटफार्म तैयार किया गया है। चालू माह की प्रगति सुताई-बड़गांव स्टेशन पर है।

प्लेटफार्म सतह सुधार: एसएफओ (1/2), जेजीएम (पीएफ.1,2,3), बीटीक्यू (पीएफ.1/2), जेआरजी (1) में नए सरफेसिंग और मरम्मत द्वारा खड़गपुर मंडलों में कुल 11 नग पीएफ सतह का नवीनीकरण किया गया है। /2), गोपीनाथपुर-नीलगिरी (1/2) खड़गपुर मंडल में विकसित। वर्तमान माह प्रगति गोपीनाथपुर-नीलगिरी (1/2) में है।

सर्कुलेटिंग एरिया:   कुल 02 नग स्टेशन KGP, HLZ सर्कुलेटिंग एरिया का नवीनीकरण किया गया है।

स्टेशन के अग्रभाग में सुधार। खड़गपुर मंडलों में एचएलजेड स्टेशन के अग्रभाग का सौंदर्यीकरण किया गया है।

स्टेशन के रास्ते पर सौंदर्यीकरण: खड़गपुर मंडल में कुल पांच स्टेशनों – सीकेयू, डीवीएम, एचआईजे, केटी, आरएचई का सौंदर्यीकरण किया गया है।

एफओबी: एफओबी गर्डर लॉन्चिंग खड़गपुर डिवीजन में विभिन्न स्थानों – जेजीएम, केएनएम, बीएनबी, केएटीबी, केएसओ, एनजीआरडी स्टेशनों (कुल 6 नग स्टेशन) पर पूरी हुई।

पीएफ शेल्टर : गोपीनाथपुर और सोमनाथपुर स्टेशन पर नवनिर्मित पीएफ शेल्टर (कुल-06 नग बे)।

19 नग। स्टेशन विकास कार्यों के उन्नयन के लिए अमृत भारत योजना में कुल स्टेशनों को सूचीबद्ध किया गया है।
