खड़गपुर मंडल द्वारा विशेष टिकट जाँच अभियान, फेस्टिवल स्पेशल ट्रेनों की घोषणा
RUNNING OF FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS

To clear extra rush of the passengers during festive season, it has been decided to run Special trains as per following schedule:
08865/08866 NSCB Itwari-Shalimar-NSCB Itwari Special:
08865 NSCB Itwari-Shalimar Special will leave NSCB Itwari from 27.09.2025 to 01.10.2025 at 17:10 hrs and will reach Shalimar at 14:00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08866 Shalimar-NSCB Itwari Special will leave Shalimar from 28.09.2025 to 02.10.2025 at 18:00 hrs and will arrive NSCB Itwari at 15:35 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, Tatanagar, Kharagpur and Santragahi in SER jurisdiction.
03465/03466 Malda Town-Digha-Malda Town Special:
03465 Malda Town-Digha Special will leave Malda Town on every Saturday from 27.09.2025 to 29.11.2025 at 13:10 hrs and will reach Digha at 23:00 hrs, the same day. In the return direction, 03466 Digha-Malda Town Special will leave Digha on every Saturday from 27.09.2025 to 29.11.2025 at 23:40 hrs and will arrive Malda Town at 09:20 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Andul, Mecheda, Tamluk and Kanthi in SER jurisdiction.
08109/08110 Shalimar-Patna-Shalimar Special:
08109 Shalimar-Patna Special will leave Shalimar on every Saturday from 18.10.2025 to 01.11.2025 at 21:55 hrs and will reach Patna at 08:00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08110 Patna-Shalimar Special will leave Patna on every Sunday from 19.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 at 10:40 hrs and will arrive Shalimar at 01:30 hrs, the next day. The Special train will stop at Santragachi in SER jurisdiction.
08845/08846 Santragachi-Charlapalli-Santragachi Special:
08845 Santragachi-Charlapalli Special will leave Santragachi on every Friday from 19.09.2025 to 03.10.2025 at 14:55 hrs and will reach Charlapalli at 16:00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08846 Charlapalli-Santragachi Special will leave Charlapalli on every Saturday from 20.09.2025 to 04.10.2025 at 19:50 hrs and will arrive Santragachi at 23:55 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Kharagpur and Baleshwar in SER jurisdiction.
The periodicity of Train no. 08117/08118 (Panskura-Digha-Panskura EMU) has been extended for a period of 04 weeks, i.e. from 19th Aug 2025 to 15th Sept. 2025.
Special Ticket Checking Drive by Kharagpur Division
Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway continued its ongoing special ticket checking drive on Saturday and Sunday to curb ticketless travel and ensure better compliance among passengers.
A dedicated team comprising Commercial Inspectors and Ticket Checking Staff carried out surprise checks in various trains across all routes of the Division. The intensive drive covered important trains including Train Nos. 12703, 06085, 12828, 12504, 38815, 22504, 22503, 12074, 22877, 12842, 12841 and several other services.
During the two-day drive, 629 offenders were detected travelling without valid tickets/with irregular tickets and were penalised as per railway rules. A total revenue of ₹2,67,655/- was realised from the offenders.
Apart from these special drives, regular and frequent ticket checking is also being carried out in suburban & non suburban train services as well as at stations to curb ticketless travel and ensure passenger discipline.
Kharagpur Division is committed to maintaining strict vigilance against ticketless travel and will continue to undertake such drives in the future to safeguard railway revenue and ensure fair travel for all genuine passengers.
खड़गपुर मंडल द्वारा विशेष टिकट जाँच अभियान
दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे के खड़गपुर मंडल में यात्रियों के बीच टिकट रहित यात्रा को रोकने एवं बेहतर अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए शनिवार एवं रविवार को जारी विशेष टिकट जाँच अभियान को जारी रखा गया।
वाणिज्य निरीक्षकों एवं टिकट जाँच कर्मियों की एक विशेष टीम ने मंडल के सभी मार्गों पर विभिन्न ट्रेनों में आकस्मिक जाँच की। इस गहन जाँच अभियान में महत्वपूर्ण गाड़ियाँ जैसे कि ट्रेन सं. 12703, 06085, 12828, 12504, 38815, 22504, 22503, 12074, 22877, 12842, 12841 तथा अन्य कई गाड़ियाँ शामिल रहीं।
दो दिवसीय अभियान के दौरान 629 यात्रियों को बिना वैध टिकट/अनियमित टिकट के साथ यात्रा करते हुए पकड़ा गया तथा उन्हें रेलवे नियमों के अनुसार दंडित किया गया। इनसे कुल ₹2,67,655/- की राजस्व प्राप्ति हुई।
इन विशेष अभियानों के अतिरिक्त, टिकट रहित यात्रा पर रोक लगाने एवं यात्री अनुशासन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपनगरीय एवं गैर-उपनगरीय रेल सेवाओं तथा स्टेशनों पर भी नियमित एवं निरंतर टिकट जाँच की जा रही है।
खड़गपुर मंडल टिकट रहित यात्रा के विरुद्ध सख़्त निगरानी बनाए रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है तथा भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के अभियान जारी रखेगा ताकि रेलवे की आय की सुरक्षा हो सके और सभी वास्तविक यात्रियों के लिए निष्पक्ष यात्रा सु
निश्चित हो सके।
