बालेश्वर स्टेशन पर स्पेशल रेलवे मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जांच
नियम तोड़ने वालों से ₹25,150 का जुर्माना वसूला गया

रेलवे के नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने और यात्रियों के बीच अनुशासित व जिम्मेदार यात्रा को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आज दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे के खड़गपुर डिवीजन के अंतर्गत बालेश्वर रेलवे स्टेशन पर स्पेशल रेलवे मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जांच की गई।
यह विशेष जांच खुर्दा रोड के स्पेशल रेलवे मजिस्ट्रेट श्री देबन सतदर्शी नंदा की देखरेख में की गई। जांच के दौरान, अनियमित यात्रा, बिना वैध टिकट के यात्रा और बिना बुक किए सामान ले जाने से जुड़े 47 मामले सामने आए। नियम तोड़ने वालों से कुल ₹25,150 का जुर्माना वसूला गया।
इसके अलावा, विशेष जांच अभियान के दौरान बालेश्वर-रूपसा-बारीपदा सेक्शन में रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (RPF) द्वारा रेलवे के विभिन्न नियमों के उल्लंघन के 188 मामले पकड़े गए।
इस सघन जांच का उद्देश्य बिना टिकट और अनियमित यात्रा को हतोत्साहित करना, सामान की उचित बुकिंग सुनिश्चित करना और रेलवे नियमों का पालन करवाना था। ऐसी जांच व्यवस्था बनाए रखने और असली यात्रियों के लिए सुरक्षित व परेशानी-मुक्त यात्रा का माहौल प्रदान करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण उपाय भी है।
खड़गपुर डिवीजन सभी यात्रियों से अपील करता है कि वे वैध टिकट के साथ यात्रा करें, रेलवे के नियमों और कानूनों का पालन करें, और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि यात्रा के दौरान ले जाया जाने वाला सारा सामान रेलवे के निर्धारित प्रावधानों के अनुसार ठीक से बुक किया गया हो।
Special Railway Magistrate Check Conducted at Baleshwar Station
₹25,150 Penalty Realised from Offenders
Baleshwar, 22 September 2026:
A Special Railway Magistrate Check was conducted today at Baleshwar Railway Station under Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway, with the objective of ensuring compliance with railway rules and promoting disciplined and responsible travel among passengers.
The special check was conducted under the supervision of Shri Deban Satadarshi Nanda, Special Railway Magistrate, Khurda Road. During the checking, 47 cases relating to irregular travel, travelling without a valid ticket and carriage of unbooked luggage were detected. A total penalty of ₹25,150 was realised from the offenders.
In addition, 188 cases involving violations of various railway rules were detected by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Baleshwar- Rupsa – Baripada section during the special checking drive.
The intensive checking was aimed at discouraging ticketless and irregular travel, ensuring proper booking of luggage and reinforcing compliance with railway rules. Such checks also serve as an important measure to maintain order and provide a safe, secure and hassle-free travelling environment for genuine passengers.
Kharagpur Division appeals to all passengers to travel with valid tickets, follow railway rules and regulations, and ensure that all luggage carried during the journey is duly booked as per prescribed railway provisions.
