REGULATION OF TRAINS DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS IN RAIPUR DIVISION, STOPPAGE OF TRAINS AT JAMTARA

In view of Pre Non Interlocking and Non Interlocking work for Doubling between Raipur – Raipur Block Hut and Yard remodeling of Raipur Station, South East Central Railway, the train services of SER will be regulated as under:

Rescheduling of Trains:-

1. 12860 Howrah- CSMT Mumbai Gitanjali Express will be rescheduled to leave Howrah at 16:05 hrs. instead of 14.05 hrs. on 04.05.2023 and 06.05.2023.
2. 22894 Howrah-Sainagar Sirdi Express will be rescheduled to leave Howrah at 16:35 hrs. instead of 14.35 hrs. on 04.05.2023.
3. 18030 Shalimar-LTT Express will be rescheduled to leave Shalimar at 16:35 hrs. instead of 15:35 hrs. on 04.05.2023, 06.05.2023 and 09.05.2023.
4. 08185 Hatia-Durg Special will be rescheduled to leave Hatia at 21:05 hrs. instead of 20:05 hrs. on 04.05.2023.
5. 20822 Santragachi-Pune Humsafar Express will be rescheduled to leave Santragachi at 19:00 hrs. instead of 18:00 hrs. on 06.05.2023.
6. 18110 Itwari-Tatanagar Express will be rescheduled to leave Itwari at 01:05 hrs. instead of 00:05 hrs. on 08.05.2023.
7. 08862 Jharsuguda-Gondia MEMU Special will be rescheduled to leave Jharsuguda at 10:20 hrs. instead of 07:20 hrs. on 10.05.2023.

Short Termination and Short Origination of Trains:-

1. 13288 Rajendra Nagar- Durg Express, journey commencing on 08.05.2023 will be Short Terminated at Bilaspur and service between Bilaspur-Durg will remain cancelled.
2. 13287 Durg-Rajendra Nagar Express, journey commencing on 10.05.2023 will be Short Originated from Bilaspur and service between Durg-Bilaspur will remain cancelled.
3. 08862 Jharsuguda-Gondia MEMU Special, journey commencing on 09.05.2023 will be Short Terminated at Bilaspur and service between Bilaspur-Gondia will remain cancelled.
4. 08861 Gondia-Jharsuguda MEMU Special, journey commencing on 09.05.2023 will be Short Originated from Bilaspur and service between Gondia-Bilaspur will remain cancelled.

STOPPAGE OF TRAINS AT JAMTARA

Kolkata, 2^nd May, 2023:

Stoppage of the following trains will be provided at Jamtara station on an experimental basis for a period of six months as per the following schedule:

• 18181 Tatanagar-Thawe Express, journey commencing  w.e.f 02.05.2023 will arrive Jamtara station at 02:34 hrs and will depart at 02:36 hrs.

• 18182 Thawe-Tatanagar Express, journey commencing  w.e.f 03.05.2023 will arrive Jamtara station at 00:31 hrs and will depart at 00:33 hrs.

Kharagpur Division has launched a massive campaign against the selling of unapproved and low quality packaged drinking water in various trains and stations of this division. On 2nd May 2023, the Inspection and Feedback team of Commercial Department, Kharagpur caught an unauthorized vendor without having proper travelling authority in train no. 22825 in A1 coach with 3 boxes of Unapproved Packaged Drinking Water. He was fined Rs. 2000/- for unauthorized travelling and vending. All the unapproved Packaged Drinking Water was seized from him.

Sr. DCM Kharagpur, Shri Rajesh Kumar has said that this intensive checking drive against the unauthorized vending and selling of Unapproved Brands of packaged drinking water will be carried out on regular and priority basis. All necessary actions will be taken to stop this menace of unauthorized vending and selling of unapproved and unhygienic food and drinking items at trains and stations. Overcharging done by the vendors is also a major concern and the division is actively working on this matter to curb the illegal activities.

खड़गपुर मंडल ने इस मंडल की विभिन्न ट्रेनों और स्टेशनों पर अस्वीकृत और निम्न गुणवत्ता वाले पैकेज्ड पेयजल की बिक्री के खिलाफ एक व्यापक अभियान शुरू किया है। 2 मई 2023 को वाणिज्य विभाग, खड़गपुर की निरीक्षण एवं फीडबैक टीम ने ट्रेन संख्या 22825 के ए1 कोच में बिना उचित यात्रा प्राधिकार के एक अनाधिकृत वेंडर को 3 बॉक्स अनअप्रूव्ड पैकेज्ड ड्रिंकिंग वाटर के साथ पकड़ा। अनधिकृत यात्रा और वेंडिंग के लिए उन पर 2000/- रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया। उसके पास से सभी अवैध बोतलबंद पेयजल जब्त किया गया।

सीनियर डीसीएम खड़गपुर, श्री राजेश कुमार ने कहा है कि यह सघन चेकिंग अभियान नियमित आधार पर अनधिकृत ब्रांड के बोतल बंद पेयजल की बिक्री के खिलाफ चलाया जाएगा। ट्रेनों और स्टेशनों पर अनधिकृत और अस्वास्थ्यकर खाद्य और पेय पदार्थों की बिक्री के इस खतरे को रोकने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। वेंडर्स द्वारा की जा रही ओवरचार्जिंग भी एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है और अवैध गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए विभाग सक्रिय रूप से इस मामले पर काम कर रहा है।

A person travelling in train no 18045 East Coast Exp with a ticket on fake concession handicapped certificate was found and charged accordingly on 01.05.2023 by Shri Jayanta Munshi CTI/KGP SQD with CCI KGP during a special ticket checking drive.
