प्रेस विज्ञप्ति तत्काल बुकिंग पर संशोधित दिशानिर्देशों का प्रभाव

तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की दलाली गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने के उद्देश्य से, खड़गपुर मंडल ने 3 जून 2025 से एक प्रायोगिक आधार पर कुछ उपाय अपनाए हैं। इसके अंतर्गत, व्यक्ति को अपना आधार कार्ड/मतदाता पहचान पत्र अपने साथ रखना अनिवार्य होगा, साथ ही आधार कार्ड/मतदाता पहचान पत्र की स्व-प्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी भी तत्काल आरक्षण सुविधाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए बुकिंग विंडो पर जमा करनी होगी। यह स्व-प्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी बुकिंग काउंटर पर कार्यालय रिकॉर्ड हेतु जमा करनी होगी।

इस नई प्रायोगिक प्रक्रिया की जानकारी आम जनता को पहले से ही प्रिंट एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के माध्यम से तथा आरक्षण काउंटर/पीआरएस स्थानों के सूचना पट्ट पर नोटिस लगाकर दे दी गई है।

संशोधित दिशानिर्देशों का प्रभाव पहले ही दिन देखने को मिला, जब खड़गपुर स्टेशन पर निरीक्षण टीम ने तत्काल आरक्षण विंडो पर कई लोगों को कतार में खड़ा पाया। लेकिन जैसे ही टीम ने पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आरक्षण फॉर्म और वैध पहचान पत्र की स्व-प्रमाणित प्रतियां मांगीं, तो केवल दो को छोड़कर बाकी सभी लोग कतार छोड़कर भाग गए। ये नए दिशानिर्देश न केवल तत्काल बुकिंग विंडो पर भीड़ को काफी हद तक कम करने में सफल रहे, बल्कि वास्तविक यात्रियों को सुविधा भी प्रदान करते हैं और किसी भी संदिग्ध या दलाली गतिविधियों को रोकने और हतोत्साहित करने में सहायक सिद्ध हो रहे हैं।

an objective to curb any kind of Touting activities during the Tatkal ticket booking, Kharagpur division has adopted some measures on an experimental basis from Jun, 03rd 2025 in which the person will need to carry his own Aadhar card/Voter card along with a self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar card/Voter card to avail the tatkal reservation facilities from booking window. The self-attested photocopy of the Aadhar card/Voter card shall be required to be submitted at the Booking counter for office record.

Information regarding the new experimental measures is communicated to the general public well in advance through Print & Electronic media and by displaying notice at the booking counter/Notice board of PRS locations.

The new guidelines yielded some notice worthy outcomes as on the very first day of implementation of the revised guidelines, the inspection team at Kharagpur station noticed several persons queuing up at the Tatkal Reservation window. However, as soon as the team asked for the duly filled up requisition slip and self-attested copies of valid Identity card, all except two, left the queue and fled the spot. The revised guidelines not just significantly reduced the queue at the booking window during tatkal but also facilitate the genuine passengers by curbing out and discouraging any suspicious foul/Touting activities in tatkal bookings.
