A procession and street rally was held in front of kharagpur station and DRM office on behalf of the kharagpur unit of the RCLU in support of the nationwide strike called by the trade union on friday 26th nov there were protest against the conspiracy to privatize and sell the railways , including various demands for the strike.
There were also protest against the railway delaying to payment the locdown period salary of contractor labourers.
