kharagpur, kgp local ps arrested two criminals namely Md Afroz of Begusarai, Bihar and Santu Bera of Malancha under local PS while they were carrying a bag containing more than six kilograms of GANJA and proceeding towards walipur side riding one Motorcycle. police arrested both and seized the contraband Narcotics, and motorcycle. sdpo kgp sukamal kanti das said Preliminary investigation reveals both of them are dreaded criminals and Md Afroz was hired by a Criminal called Khokon Pator. md asif sunny oc kgp l ps said a case has been registrred under Kharagpur Local PS Case No 733/20 dt. 13.12.2020 u/s 20 (b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985. He said md afroj & sentu bera produced before cjm medinipur dist court. Both of them sent to jail custody. on monday they will be again produced before session court.
