खड़गपुर। बकरीद की रात लारी से कुचल जाने से स्कुटी सवार दो किशोर की मौत हो गई जबकि तीसरा गंभीर तौर पर घायल हो गया जिसे मेदिनीपुर मेडिकल कालेज ले जाया गया सतकुई पेट्रोल पंप के पास घटी घटना से इलाके में बकरीद की खुशी शोक में बदल गया। जानकारी के मुताबिक बुधवार की रात लगभग पौने आठ बजे स्कुटी में तीन लोग सवार हो जा रहे थे स्कुटी अनियंत्रित होकर दाहिने ओर चली गई तभी एक अज्ञात ट्रक ने स्कुटी सवारों को धक्का दे दिया। जिससे घटनास्थल में ही मेदनीपुर कोतवाली थाना के रामनगर गांव के रहने वाले दो किशोर की मौत हो गई जबकि तीसरे को इलाज के लिए मेदिनीपुर मेडिकल कालेज ले जाया गया। मृतक के नाम शाहबाज खान व भोलू खान उर्फ नसीम खान है। जबकि लगभग 18 वर्षीय़ युवक शेख शाहिद घायल है।

मृतक  खड़गपुर ग्रामीण थाना प्रभारी मो आसिफ सनी का कहना है कि घटना के बाद घातक लारी फरार हो गया। लाशों को बरामद कर खड़गपुर महकमा अस्पताल इलाज के लिए ले जाया गया मलबा हटाए जाने के बाद ट्राफिक  सामान्य कर दिया गया पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है। घटना के बाद रामनगर गांव व घटनास्थल सतकुई में बकरीद की खुशी शोक में बदल गया। अनुमान है कि बकरीद की खुशी में तीनों स्कुटी में सवार हो कहीं घूमने निकले थे तभी उक्त घटना घटी। बकरीद होने के कारण ये लोग नए कपड़े पहने हुए थे। पुलिस स्कुटी संख्या WB 34 BK8280 को जब्त कर लारी की तलाश में जुटी है।

Kharagpur, On Bakrid night, two scooty riders died after being crushed by a lorry, while another one was seriously injured, who was taken to Medinipur Medical College. It is known that three teenage people of ramnagar vill under medinipur kotwali ps was travelling elsewherwe by scooty. Around eight o’clock on Wednesday night,  scooty went uncontrolled and went to the right, meanwhile an unknown truck dashed the scooty riders. two teenagers died on the spot while the third was taken to Medinipur Medical College for treatment. The names of the deceased are Shahbaz Khan and Bholu Khan alias Naseem Khan both are arond15 to 16 yrs. While Sheikh Shahid, arround 18-year-old youth, is injured. Md Asif Sunny OC  Kharagpur rural police said that the fatal lorry escaped after the incident. The bodies were recovered and taken to Kharagpur Divisional Hospital for post mortem, Traffic were normalized after removing debris. Police is investigating the matter. After the incident, the joy of Bakrid turned into mourning in Ramnagar village and place of incident Satkui. on Bakrid, It is assessed that all three had gone for roaming in a scooty, when the said incident happened. Due to Bakrid, these people were wearing new clothes. Police searching the lorry after seized the scooty WB 34 BK8280.
