खड़गपुर, गलत तरीके से हॉलमार्किंग यूूनीक आईडेंटिफिकेशन नंबर (हुइड) को लागू करने के खिलाफ आगामी सोमवार 23 अगस्त को 24 घंटे के लिए जेम्स और ज्वैलरी इंडस्ट्री की ओर से देशव्यापी हड़ताल के समर्थन में खड़गपुर में भी हड़ताल करने का ऐलान किया गया है। बंगीय स्वर्ण शिल्पी समिति के राज्य कमेटी के सदस्य सुुुबीर सरकार का कहनाा है कि हॉलमार्किंग का स्वागत करते हैं पर हुइड स्वीकार्य नहीं क्योंकि इससे काम करने में बाधा आ रही हैं व व्यवसायियों को नुकसान हो रहा है। इसलिए हालमार्किंग का स्वागत करते हैं पर हुइड को नहीं हुइड को रद्दद कर दिया जाना चाहिए । व्यापारियों का कहना है कि हम लोग स्वर्णशिल्पी है बीआईएस के अकाउंटेंट नहीँ।
kharagpur, On 23rd August, 2021 Monday jewellery industry of India will do their symbolical strike for demanding withdrawal of HUID. said Kashmir Singh Rajput, President Akhil Bharatiya Swarnakar Sangh. rajput said Goldsmith / Gold & Silver Smith will accep fighting . He said Central government has issued an order for mandatory hallmarking on gold ornaments by BIS. the Goldsmiths/gold businessman are always ready to provide good quality hallmark gold ornaments to the customers & we also welcome hallmark. But there is a very sad thing that, 75% of indian Goldsmith / gold businessmen will be lost their profession from this industry by central government’s rules & regulations by BIS in the name of hallmark. In this matter the laws by BIS is more dangerous than 1963 Gold Control Act. In this law, the hallmark centres give the hallmark stamp after cutting 0.400 mg gold for fire assay from one/two piece of gold ornaments of medium, small & smaller Goldsmith / businessmen. So the ornament is wasted. That ornament can’t be sold to the customers or the customers can’t be able to use them. In this way, BIS issued too many laws, most popular of them is HUID.
There are some harmful side of the law. As a result we are going to do the strike.
We will not obey destructive HUID.
Gold ornaments will not be allowed to destroy by destructive process.
There is no safety of ornaments.
There is no data privacy of gold.
Gold ornaments can’t be able to alter.
No identification mark of the shop from where the ornaments has been sold.
Why should be the stock of our shop given to the BIS?
We are Goldsmiths/gold businessmen, not the accountant of BIS. For these reasons, we have to make our protest.
To solve these problems, on 23/08/2021 Monday by the decision of National Task Force on Hallmarking with the support of Bangiya Swarnasilpi Samity, Akhil Bharatiya Swarnakar Sangh & Swarno Silpo Bachao Committee, the goldsmiths/gold businessmen of all over India shall strike their business for whole the day. Already there is strike by 200 goldsmiths/gold businessmen for the protest of HUID at Kochi in Kerala. Tagar Chandra Podder, GS,Bangiya Swarnasilpi Samity & Akhil Bharatiya Swarnakar Sangh appealed come forward to make a successful strike against the black law of government on 23rd August, 2021.

সোনার তৈয়রী গহনা হালমার্কিং করার জারি করেছেনBIS এর মাধ্যমে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার. স্বর্ণশিল্পীরা হলমার্কিং কে স্বাগত জানিয়েছে. কিন্তু কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের অধীনে মানব ব্যুরা BIS Hallmark এর নামে যে সমস্ত বিধি নিষেধ আরোপ করেছে তাহাতে ভারত বর্ষের 75%স্বর্ণশিল্পী /ব্যবসায়ী চিরতরে বিলীন হয়ে যাবে. যে সকল আইন জারি করেছে BIS যাহার অন্যতম HUID. এই সকল সমস্যার সমাধান কল্পে আগামী 23অগাস্ট সোমবার National task Force on Hallmarking কমিটির সিদ্ধান্তে, বঙ্গীয় স্বর্ণ শিল্পী সমিতি, আখিল ভারতীয় স্বর্ণাকার সঙ্ঘ ও স্বর্ণাশিল্পী বাঁচাও কমিটির সমর্থনে ভারতবর্ষ তথা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের জুয়েলারী শিল্পের সঙ্গে যুক্ত সকাল স্বর্ণা শিল্পীর /স্বর্ণ ব্যবসায়ীর ব্যবসা বাণিজ্য আগামী 23অগাস্ট সোমবার পূর্ণ দিবস বন্ধ রাখা হবে. খড়গপুর ব্রাঞ্চ এর তরফেও এই সিদ্ধান্ত মানার জন্য সার্কুলার মতে নোটিশ দেওয়া হবে জানায় শাখার অফিস সম্পাদক গৌতম কর্মকার
