kharagpur, PNK Parishat, Kharagpur conducted a webinar through Google meet to commemorate one of the greatest greatest Indian Engineer Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. and celebrated Engineer’s Day on September 15, 2021 from 19 Hrs onwards.
All members and well wishers joined through Google meet and honoured the legendary Engineer.
Many dignitaries joined the meeting online and appreciated initiative by PNK Parishat Kharagpur.
Keynote speaker for the Engineers Day was

In his speech he focussed on the dedication and honesty of Sri. Visvesvaraya on his work. Photograph of Sri Visvesvaraya was garlanded by Sri. M Murali, Ex Teacher Incharge, AHS and Sri. K Kalidas, Ex Teacher, AHS. Initial speech was given by Sri. Rohan Avagane, IAS followed by Dr. Brajesh Dubey, professor, IIT, Kharagpur, joined from USA, Dr.P V R Narasimha Rao, Boston, USA, Commander V K Jaitly, Advisor, India-America, Dr. A N V Satyanarayana, professor, IIT, Kharagpur, Sri. K Mehar, secretary, Andhra Association, Kolkata, Sri. N Sanjeev Kumar, Superintendent Engineer, Murshidabad, G V K Padmavathi from Hyderabad. Entire show was live streamed on Facebook. All dignitaries who spoke on the Engineers Day thanked for inviting to speak on the occasion and have appreciated the initiative. Sri. K Surendra Reddy, Genl. Secretary hosted the program and said that such type of programs will be regularly organised for teaching and education the young generation the amount of dedication given by the legendaries for the nation’s development. All the members said that many unknown facts about sir Visvesvaraya were shared by different speakers and ocassion was a memorable experience
