खड़गपुर मारवाड़ी युवक संघ ट्रस्ट की ओर से कैंसर जागरुकता शिविर आयोजित, खड़गपुर में फेफड़े व चर्म कैंसर के मामले बढ़े, प्रदूषण व गलत जीवनशैली बढ़ते कैंसर का कारण

 

खड़गपुर, झाड़ग्राम सुपर स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल के डेंटल सर्जन संजय राय ने कहा कि अगर मुंह पर ठीक से ध्यान दिया जाए व उसकी साफ सफाई का ध्यान रखा जाए तो कैंसर रोग से बचा जा सकता है। उन्होने लोगों से गुटखा, बीड़ी, तंबाकू से बचने की सलाह देते हुए कहा कि ज्यादातर युवा गुटखा, बीड़ी सिगरेट के चंगुल में फंस जाते है जिसके कारण बड़ी संख्या में कैंसर हो रहे हैं। उन्होने मुंह की साफ सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा।

 

 

समाजकर्मी देबाशीष दे ने कहा कि बंगाल के चित्तरंजन व बारासात के सरकारी अस्पताल से मिले आंकड़ों के अनुसार खड़गपुर में खान पान के अलावा प्रदूषण के कारण भी कैंसर के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं खड़गपुर में प्रदूषण की वजह से लंग्स व स्कीन के मामलों में तेजी से बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है।

 

यहां का पोल्यूशन इंडेक्स 250 से ज्यादा रह है जो कि गंभीर है। उन्होने कहा कि चार दिन पहले एसडीओ को इस संबंध में ज्ञापन देने से खड़गपुर के एसडीओ पाटिल ने डीएम व प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड को इस संबंध में लिखा है। 

 

 

खड़गपुर मारवाड़ी संघ ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष अनिल केडिया ने कहा कि ट्रस्ट की ओर से कैंसर की जागरुकता पर यह पहला कार्य़क्रम है आगे भी इसे बढ़ाया जाएगा।

 

इस अवसर पर देबाषीष चौधरी, अभिषेक अग्रवाल व प्रदीप सरकार ने आयोजन के लिए ट्रस्ट की प्रशंसा की। इस अवसर पर ट्रस्ट से जुड़े श्याम सुंदर अग्रवाल, अखिलेश बंसल, मानवाधिकार कार्य़कर्ता अमित मिश्रा, लक्ष्मी व अन्य उपस्थित थे।      

Cancer awareness camp organized by Kharagpur Marwari Yuvak Sangh Trust

Lung and skin cancer cases increased in Kharagpur, pollution and wrong lifestyle are the reasons for increasing cancer.

Dental surgeon Sanjay Rai of Jhargram Super Specialty Hospital, Kharagpur said that if proper attention is paid to the mouth and its cleanliness is taken care of, then cancer can be avoided. Advising people to avoid gutkha, beedi and tobacco, he said that most of the youth get trapped in gutkha, beedi and cigarettes due to which a large number of cancers are occurring. He asked to pay special attention to oral hygiene. Social worker Debashish De said that according to the data received from the government hospitals of Chittaranjan and Barasat of Bengal, apart from the food habits, cancer cases are also increasing in Kharagpur due to pollution. Due to pollution in Kharagpur, the cases of lungs and skin are increasing rapidly. It is happening. The pollution index here is more than 250 which is serious. He said that after giving a memorandum in this regard to the SDO four days ago, Kharagpur SDO Patil has written to the DM and the Pollution Control Board in this regard.

Anil Kedia, President of Kharagpur Marwari Sangh Trust, said that this is the first program on cancer awareness from the Trust and it will be expanded in future also. On this occasion, Debashish Chaudhary, Abhishek Aggarwal and Pradeep Sarkar praised the Trust for organizing the event. On this occasion, Shyam Sundar Agarwal, Akhilesh Bansal, human rights activists Amit Mishra, Lakshmi and others were present.
