अग्निमित्रा सहित 16 लोगों के खिलाफ गैरजमानती धारा में प्राथमिकी दर्ज, थाना का गेट बंद कर पुलिस के काम में बाधा देने का आरोप, अग्निमित्रा ने कहा दीदी की पुलिस से यही अपेक्षा 

खड़गपुर, रामनवमी के दिन मेदिनीपुर कोतवाली थाना का गेट बंद कर पुलिस के काम में बाधा देने का आरोप में अग्निमित्रा सहित कुल 16 भाजपा नेता कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ मेदिनीपुर कोतवाली थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। पता चला है कि गैरजमानती धारा में प्राथमिकी पुलिस ने दर्ज कराई है।

 

इस संबंध में प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए भाजपा प्रत्याशी अग्निमित्रा ने कहा दीदी की पुलिस से और क्या उम्मीद की जा सकती है। ज्ञात हो कि रामनवमी के दिन मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने अग्निमित्रा अपने समर्थको के साथ मेदिनीपुर कोतवाली थाना पहुंची थी लेकिन थाना प्रभारी ना होने के कारण ड्यूटी आफिसर ने शिकायत लेने में असमर्थता जाहिर की तो अग्निमित्रा पुलिस के खिलाफ भड़क गई व अपने समर्थकों के साथ थाना का गेट बाहर से लाक कर दिया बाद में अग्निमित्रा की शिकायत पुलिस ने रिसीव की व थाना का गेट खोल दिया गया।

 

पुलिस का आरोप है कि रामनवमी होने के कारण थाना प्रभारी व्यस्त थे इसके अलावा अग्निमित्रा ने पुलिस के साथ दुर्वयवहार किया। भाजपा का कहना है कि ड्यूटी आफिसर कंटेंट नाट रीड लिख कर भी दे सकते थे लेकिन पुलिस ने स्थिति बिगाड़ी। अग्निमित्रा का कहना है कि वह महिला विधायक है इसके बावजूद उसकी शिकायत लेने में आनाकानी तो गरीब लोगों का क्या हाल होता होगा।

अग्निमित्रा मुख्यमंत्री के रामनवमी में दंगा की आशंका संबधी बयान से क्षुब्ध थी व इसे एक वर्ग की तुष्टिकरण मान ममता के खिलाफ शिकायत करने पहुंची थी अग्निमित्रा का कहना है कि अगर नुपुर शर्मा के खिलाफ बंगाल में शिकाय़त दर्ज हो सकती है तो मुख्यमंत्री के खिलाफ क्यों नहीं क्या कानून उस पर लागू नहीं होता।

 

ज्ञात हो कि अग्निमित्रा रामनवमी की देर रात एगरा पहुंच कर थाना के समक्ष धऱना दिया व कांथी- एगरा रोड भी भाजपा समर्थकों के खिलाफ जाम किया गया। दरअसर एगरा में रामनवमी जुलुस में पतथरबाजी हुई थी उक्त मामले में कुछ लोग घायल हुए थे। पुलिस ने चार भाजपा समर्थकों को हिरासत में लिया था अग्निमित्रा का आऱोप है कि पत्थरबाजों को पकड़ने के बाद उसके समर्थको को हिरासत में लिया गया।  रामनवमी से एक दिन पहले भी अग्निमित्रा खड़गपुर टाउन थाना के सामनेविरोध प्रदर्शन किया थाजावा पुलिस से उलझ गई थी

इधर टीएमसी का कहना है कि अग्निमित्रा अपनी हार को देखते हुए यह सब कर रही है।

 

FIR registered against 16 people including Agnimitra under non-bailable section

Kharagpur: An FIR has been registered in Medinipur Kotwali police station against 16 BJP leaders and workers including Agnimitra for obstructing the police work by closing the gate of Medinipur Kotwali police station on the day of Ram Navami. It has been learned that the police has lodged an FIR under non-bailable section. Responding in this regard, BJP candidate Agnimitra said, what else can be expected from Didi’s police. It is known that on the day of Ramnavmi, Agnimitra had reached Medinipur Kotwali police station with her supporters to register an FIR against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, but due to not being the in-charge of the police station, when the duty officer not take the complaint, Agnimitra got angry against the police and attacked her supporters. Later the  gate of the police station was opened. Police allege that the station in-charge was busy due to Ramnavmi, apart from this, Agnimitra misbehaved with the police.  Agnimitra says that despite the fact that she is a woman MLA, if there is reluctance to take her complaint then what would be the condition of the poor people.

Agnimitra was upset with the Chief Minister’s statement regarding the possibility of riots during Ram Navami and considering it as appeasement of a section, she came to complain against Mamata. Agnimitra says that if a complaint can be filed against Nupur Sharma in Bengal then why not against the Chief Minister. Does the law not apply to him?

It is known that Agnimitra reached Egra late night of Ram Navami and staged a dharna in front of the police station and Kanthi-Egra road was also blocked against BJP supporters. In fact, there was stone pelting during the Ram Navami procession in Egra and some people were injured in the said incident. Police had detained four BJP supporters. Agnimitra alleges that after catching the stone pelters, his supporters were detained. Even a day before Ram Navami of Jats, Agnimitra had protested in front of Kharagpur Town police station.

1TMC says that Agnimitra is doing all this in view of her defeat.
