उड़ीसा से तस्करी कर बंगाल लाए गए गांजा जब्त, तरबूजों के बीच छुपा कर ले जाया जा रहा था गांजा, उड़ीसा से कोलकाता जा रहे डाक पार्सल लारी पलटने से दो घायल, रेशमी मेटालिक्स का श्रमिक पोकलेन के धक्के से घायल

 

 

खड़गपुर, तरबूज लदे पिकअप वैन में छुपा कर ले जा रहे भारी मात्रा में गांजा पैकेट पुलिस ने जब्त किया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक तरबूज लदे ट्रक के बीच गांजा का पैकेट उड़ीसा से बंगाल तस्करी कर ले जाया जा रहा था तभी पुलिस मोहनपुर- एगरा रोड में अभियान चला पिकअप वैन की जांच की तो गांजा के 50 पैकेट मिले। एगरा थाना की पुलिस का कहना है कि गांजा का कुल वजन 1 क्विंटल है पुलिस ड्राईवर को गिरफ्तार कर मामले की जांच कर रही है।  

रेशमी मेटालिक्स का श्रमिक घायल 

रेशमी मेटालिक्स कारखाना में दुर्घटना होने से एक श्रमिक घायल हो गया।  पता चला है कि मंगलवार की सुबह जब बुबाई बाउड़ी काम कर रहा था तभी पोकलेन के धक्के से घायल हो गया। साथी श्रमिक ने बताया कि मिट्टी उठाते समय उक्त घठना घटी पोकलेन से बुबाई के सिर में चोट लगी है। उसे मेदिनीपुर मेडिकल कालेज में भर्ती कराया गया है। 

पार्सल ट्रक के पलटने से दो घायल

उड़ीसा से कोलकाता जा रहे डाक पार्सल की ट्रक दांतन थाना इलाके में एनएच-60 में पलटा गया जिससे दो लोग आहत हो गए आहतों को चिकित्सा के लिए अस्पताल ले जाया गया। पुलिस वाहन को जब्त कर मामले की जांच कर रही है।   

গোপন সূত্র মারফত খবর পেয়ে এগরা থানার পুলিশ মোহনপুর-এগরা রাস্তায় নাকা তল্লাশি করে ওড়িশা থেকে আসা একটি তরমুজ বোঝাই Bolero Pickup Van আটক করে। তল্লাশি চালিয়ে গাড়িটি থেকে ৫১ টি প্যাকেট উদ্ধার হয়, যাতে ছিল প্রায় ১০০ কেজি গাঁজা। গাড়ির চালককে গ্রেফতার করে।

Kharagpur: Police have seized a huge quantity of ganja packets being hidden in a pickup van laden with watermelons. According to the information, packets of ganja were being smuggled from Orissa to Bengal in a truck loaded with watermelons. When the police conducted an operation on Mohanpur-Egra road, they checked the pickup van and found 50 packets of ganja. Police of Egra police station say that the total weight of ganja is 1 quintal. Police have arrested the driver and are investigating the matter.

Reshmi Metalliks worker injured

A worker was injured in an accident at Reshmi Metallics factory. It is learned that on Tuesday morning, when Bubai Baudi was working, he got injured due to Poklane’s push. A fellow worker told that while picking up the soil, Bubai got injured on his head due to the pokelane which dashed him. He has been admitted to Medinipur Medical College.

Two injured after parcel truck overturns

A postal parcel truck going from Orissa to Kolkata overturned on NH-60 in Dantan police station area, due to which two people got injured. The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. Police have seized the vehicle and are investigating the matter.
