“रेलवे परिसर में अवैध हाकरों पर सख्ती : बिना अनुमोदन पेयजल जब्त, बेटिकट यात्रियों पर कार्रवाई”
अनुमोदन रहित पैकेज्ड पेयजल जब्त
मेचेदा स्टेशन पर वाणिज्य निरीक्षक, मुख्य टिकट निरीक्षक एवं स्टेशन प्रबंधक की टीम द्वारा आज रेलवे परिसर से एक स्थानीय ब्रांड के 16 क्रेट अवैध एवं बिना दावे के पैकेज्ड पेयजल की जब्ती की गई।
रेलवे अधिकारियों की टीम द्वारा की गई जांच के दौरान, मेचेदा स्टेशन पर फुट ओवर ब्रिज के नीचे 2 लीटर की लगभग 144 बोतलों वाले क्रेट पाए गए, जो कि बिना दावे के और अनुमोदन रहित थे। इन सामानों को रेलवे अधिकारियों द्वारा जब्त कर लिया गया है, और इन्हें वर्तमान नियमों के अनुसार आगे निपटाया जाएगा।
डिवीजन में लगातार निरीक्षण एवं सुरक्षा अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं ताकि इस प्रकार की अवैध बिक्री और अधिक मूल्य वसूली की घटनाओं पर रोक लगाई जा सके।
बेटिकट यात्राी एवं अवैध हाकर
वाणिज्य निरीक्षक, खड़गपुर एवं उनकी टिकट जांच टीम द्वारा ट्रेन संख्या 12074 भुवनेश्वर-हावड़ा जनशताब्दी सुपरफास्ट एक्सप्रेस में विशेष टिकट जांच एवं निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।
खड़गपुर और हावड़ा स्टेशनों के बीच जांच अभियान के दौरान 49 यात्री बिना वैध टिकट के पाए गए, जिनसे नियमों के अनुसार जुर्माना वसूला गया।
इसके अलावा, 03 अवैध हॉकर्स को भी ट्रेन में पकड़ा गया जो गैरकानूनी रूप से विक्रय में लिप्त थे। उन्हें आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई हेतु आरपीएफ/हावड़ा के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया।
ट्रेनों और प्लेटफार्मों पर अवैध एवं अनाधिकृत विक्रय न केवल यात्रियों के स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा है, बल्कि यह अधिक मूल्य वसूली एवं धोखाधड़ी जैसी कुप्रथाओं को भी बढ़ावा देता है। डिवीजन इस प्रकार की अनियमित यात्रा और अवैध विक्रय को रोकने के लिए ऐसे अभियान आगे भी जारी रखेगा, ताकि यात्रियों को सुरक्षित और सुखद यात्रा का अनुभव मिल सके।
Confiscation of Unapproved Packaged Drinking water.
The team of Commercial Inspector, Chief Ticket Inspector and Station Manager of Mecheda station today confiscated 16 crates of unclaimed and Unapproved Packaged Drinking water of local brand in railway premises at Mecheda Station.
During the inspection by the team of Railway supervisors, the crates of Unapproved Packaged Drinking water containing around 144 bottles of 2Ltrs each were found kept under the Foot Over Bridge at Mecheda station. The unclaimed consignment were seized by the railway supervisors for further disposal as per extant rules.
A frequent inspection and safety drive is being carried out in this division to check such malpractices of unauthorised and illegal vending and over charging issues.
Irregular Travelling & Illegal Vending:-
A special ticket checking and inspection drive was carried out in train no 12074 BBS-HWH Jan Shatabdi SF Express by Commercial Inspector, Kharagpur and his team of ticket checking staffs.
During the checking drive, in between KGP and Howrah stations, 49 travellers without valid or proper ticket were detected and penalised as per rules.
03 unauthorised hawkers were also detected inside the train being engaged in illegal vending and they were subsequently handed over to RPF/HWH for further course of legal actions.
Illegal and unauthorised vending in trains and platforms not only possess threat to the passenger health and safety but also involves malpractices of overcharging and frauds. The division will continue such drives to check irregular travelling activities and illegal vending in trains so as to ensure safety and a pleasant travel experience to the bonafide passengers.
