Ticket Checking and Digital Ticketing awareness Drive in KGP Division

A special ticket checking drive was carried out today at various stations of the Kharagpur division against the without ticket and irregular ticket travellers in the division.

The checking drive was carried out at stations like Kharagpur, Rakhamines and Digha. A team of ticket checking staff lead by Commercial Inspector, Jhargram carried out the ticket checking drive at the Rakhamines station in KGP- TATA section. The team also carried out the drive in Train no 68023 JGM-PRR MEMU and 68006 TATA-KGP MEMU. During the drive 16 cases of irregular or without ticket travellers were detected and were penalised.

Commercial Inspector, Kanthi along with his team of checking staff is carrying out the checking drive at Digha station since morning. 18 cases of irregular or without ticket travellers were detected and fine amount was collected from them till 16 hrs and the drive is still continuing.

Commercial Inspector, Kharagpur and his team is also carrying out a special checking drive at Kharagpur station which is still continuing.

Earlier in the day with an effort to encourage digital adoption of the ticketing method and to improve passenger convenience, a special drive was conducted at Kharagpur Railway Station on 24th May 2025 to promote the use of allied digital modes for unreserved ticketing.

The initiative aimed to familiarize passengers with the various modern, hassle-free options available for purchasing unreserved tickets through UTS on mobile and ATVM machines.

डिवीजन में बिना टिकट और अनियमित टिकट यात्रियों के खिलाफ खड़गपुर डिवीजन के विभिन्न स्टेशनों पर आज एक विशेष टिकट चेकिंग ड्राइव किया गया।

चेकिंग ड्राइव को खड़गपुर, राखामाइंस और दीघा जैसे स्टेशनों पर किया गया था। वाणिज्यिक निरीक्षक द्वारा टिकट चेकिंग स्टाफ की एक टीम, झरग्राम ने KGP- टाटा सेक्शन में राखामाइंस

स्टेशन पर टिकट चेकिंग ड्राइव को अंजाम दिया। टीम ने ट्रेन नं 68023 JGM-PRR मेमू और 68006 TATA-KGP मेमू में ड्राइव भी किया। ड्राइव के दौरान अनियमित या बिना टिकट के 16 मामलों का पता लगाया गया था और उन्हें दंडित किया गया था।

कमर्शियल इंस्पेक्टर, कांथी ने अपनी जाँच कर्मचारियों की अपनी टीम के साथ सुबह से दीघा स्टेशन पर चेकिंग ड्राइव को अंजाम दिया। अनियमित या बिना टिकट के 18 मामलों का पता लगाया गया था और 16 बजे तक उनसे ठीक राशि एकत्र की गई थी और ड्राइव अभी भी जारी है।

वाणिज्यिक निरीक्षक, खड़गपुर और उनकी टीम भी खड़गपुर स्टेशन पर एक विशेष चेकिंग ड्राइव कर रही है जो अभी भी जारी है।

इससे पहले दिन में टिकटिंग विधि को डिजिटल अपनाने को प्रोत्साहित करने और यात्री सुविधा में सुधार करने के प्रयास के साथ, 24 मई 2025 को खड़गपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक विशेष ड्राइव आयोजित किया गया था ताकि अनारक्षित टिकटों के लिए संबद्ध डिजिटल मोड के उपयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जा सके।

मोबाइल और एटीवीएम एमए पर यूटीएस के माध्यम से अनारक्षित टिकट खरीदने के लिए उपलब्ध विभिन्न आधुनिक, परेशानी-मुक्त विकल्पों के साथ यात्रियों को परिचित करने के उद्देश्य से यह पहल है
