तत्काल योजना में संशोधन
- यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि तत्काल टिकटों का लाभ आम आदमी और व्यक्तिगत उपयोगकर्ताओं तक पहुँचे,भारतीय रेलways ने कई कदम उठाए हैं:
○ पिछले छह महीनों में 2.5 करोड़ संदिग्ध IRCTC आईडी को बॉट सॉफ्टवेयर से टिकट बुक करने के कारण ब्लॉक किया गया है।
○ व्यक्तिगत उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए Tatkal ई-टिकट बुकिंग हेतु आधार अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।
○ रेलवे काउंटर/विंडो से तत्काल टिकट बुक करने के लिए यात्री या उनके प्रतिनिधि को मोबाइल नंबर और OTP देना होगा। OTP सत्यापन सफल होने पर ही Tatkal टिकट जारी किया जाएगा।
○ Tatkal टिकट बुकिंग के पहले 30 मिनट केवल व्यक्तिगत ऑनलाइन उपयोगकर्ताओं और स्टेशन पर स्थित PRS काउंटर से टिकट बुक करने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए आरक्षित होंगे।
○ ट्रैवल एजेंट और अधिकृत एजेंसियां 30 मिनट बाद टिकट बुक कर सकेंगी, यानी Tatkal टिकट AC क्लास के लिए सुबह 10:30 बजे से और Non-AC क्लास के लिए सुबह 11:30 बजे से बुक किए जा सकेंगे।
○ व्यक्तिगत ऑनलाइन उपयोगकर्ता और विंडो टिकट उपयोगकर्ताओं को विशेष सुविधा दी जाएगी — AC के लिए सुबह 10:00 से 10:30 बजे तक और Non-AC के लिए सुबह 11:00 से 11:30 बजे तक।
○ जिनके पास आधार नहीं है, वे Tatkal टिकट स्टेशन पर स्थित PRS काउंटर या अधिकृत ट्रैवल एजेंट के माध्यम से बुक कर सकते हैं।
- आधार के साथ ई-टिकटिंग
○ IRCTCऐप पर Tatkal टिकट बुकिंग केवल आधार सत्यापित खातों के लिए 01-07-2025 से लागू होगी।
○ OTP द्वारा आधार प्रमाणीकरण की व्यवस्था 15-07-2025 से लागू की जाएगी।
○ यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष प्रावधान किए गए हैं कि बॉट या अन्य सॉफ़्टवेयर साधन वास्तविक उपयोगकर्ताओं की तुलना में जल्दी टिकट बुक न कर सकें। - विंडो टिकट बुकिंग के लिए मोबाइलOTP
○ विंडो टिकट बुकिंग के समय टिकट बुक करने वाले को मोबाइल नंबर देना अनिवार्य होगा, जिस पर एक OTP भेजा जाएगा। OTP सत्यापन के बाद ही टिकट जारी किया जाएगा। यह प्रावधान 15-07-2025 से लागू होगा।
REGULATION OF TRAINS DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS
IN ADRA DIVISION

In view of developmental works in Adra Division, the following trains will be regulated as under:
Cancellation of Trains:
1. 68046/68045 Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU Passenger, journey commencing from 16.06.2025 to 22.06.2025 will remain cancelled
2. 18019/18020 Jhargram-Dhanbad-Jhargram MEMU Passenger, journey commencing on 16.06.2025 & 18.06.2025 will remain cancelled
Short Termination/Short Origination of Trains
1. 68056/68060 Tatanagar-Asansol-Barabhum MEMU Passenger, journey commencing from 16.06.2025 to 22.06.2025 will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra
2. 68079/68080 Bhojudih-Chandrapura-Bhojudih MEMU Passenger, journey commencing on 20.06.2025 & 22.06.2025 will be short terminated at/short originated from Mahuda
Diversion of Train:
1. 18601 Tatanagar-Hatia Express journey commencing on 21.06.2025 & 22.06.2025 will be diverted via Chandil.
Modification in Tatkal scheme
● To ensure that the benefit of tatkal train tickets should be reaped by common man and individuals, Indian Railways has taken many steps:
○ 2.5 cr suspicious IRCTC IDs have been blocked in the last six months for using bot softwares for ticket booking.
○ Aadhar has been made essential for booking Tatkal E-Ticket for individual users.
○ For tatkal booking at railway counter/window ticket passengers/ representatives have to provide mobile number and OTP. After successful authentication of mobile/OTP, the Tatkal ticket will be generated.
○ First 30 minutes of tatkal ticket booking will be available only to individual online users and to the persons who will book tickets from the PRS counters at stations.
○ Travel agents and authorized agencies can book tickets after half an hour, i.e. Travel agents can book Tatkal in AC classes from 10:30 hrs and for Non AC after 11:30 hrs .
○ Exclusive facilities to Individual online user and window ticket users from 10:00 to 10:30 for AC and 11:00 – 11:30 hrs for Non-AC.
○ For non-aadhar users, tatkal ticket booking can be done at PRS counters and through authorised Travel agents.
● E-Ticketing with Aadhaar
○ Ticket booking on IRCTC App for Tatkal will be permitted for Aadhaar verified accounts only from 01-07-2025.
○ The provision of OTP for Aadhaar authentication will be implemented by 15-07-2025.
○ Certain provisions have been made to ensure that bots (or other softwares means) are not able to book tickets faster than genuine users.
● Window Ticket booking with Mobile OTP
○ Window tickets will require the booking person to provide a mobile number on which OTP will be sent for verification. This provision will be implemented by 15-07-2025.
