खड़गपुर में नए कोचिंग एवं वाणिज्यिक नियंत्रण कक्ष का उद्घाटन
ऑपरेशनल कार्यक्षमता और नियंत्रण को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए, खड़गपुर मंडल के मंडल रेल प्रबंधक (डीआरएम) श्री के. आर. चौधरी ने आज खड़गपुर में नव-निर्मित कोचिंग एवं वाणिज्यिक नियंत्रण कक्ष का उद्घाटन किया।
यह नवीन नियंत्रण कक्ष अत्याधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे, उन्नत निगरानी प्रणाली और रियल-टाइम डेटा एकीकरण उपकरणों से सुसज्जित है, जो ट्रेन संचालन, यात्री सुविधाओं और वाणिज्यिक गतिविधियों में बेहतर समन्वय सुनिश्चित करेगा।
इसके अतिरिक्त, श्री चौधरी ने शालीमार, भद्रक, टाटा और हल्दिया सेक्शनों के लिए नए नियंत्रण बोर्ड कक्षों का भी उद्घाटन किया। ये अद्यतन नियंत्रण कक्ष खंड-स्तरीय निगरानी, समन्वय और किसी भी ट्रेन संबंधित घटना के समय पर प्रतिक्रिया में उल्लेखनीय सुधार लाएंगे।
इस अवसर पर परिचालन, वाणिज्यिक, इंजीनियरिंग, सिग्नल तथा अन्य विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण एवं नियंत्रण कक्षों के कर्मचारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
In a significant step towards enhancing operational efficiency and control, Shri K.R. Chaudhary, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Kharagpur Division, today inaugurated the newly established Coaching and Commercial Control Room at Kharagpur.
The newly inaugurated facility is equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced monitoring systems, and real-time data integration tools aimed at improving coordination in train operations, passenger amenities, and commercial activities across the division.
In addition, Shri Chaudhary also inaugurated the new Control Board Rooms for the SHALIMAR, BHADRAK, TATA, and HALDIA sections. These updated control rooms will significantly enhance sectional-level monitoring, coordination, and response time during train operations and incidents.
Senior officials from Operating, Commercial, Engineering, Signal and other departments, along with control staffs, were present during the inauguration.
