गोलबाजार में रेलवे ने चलाया हुकिंग व अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ अभियान
रेलवे परिसर की सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता एवं वैध उपयोग सुनिश्चित करानेठ के उद्देश्य से कल अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक (ऑपरेशन), खड़कपुर सुश्री मनीषा गोयल द्वारा गोलबाज़ार मार्केट क्षेत्र तथा निकटवर्ती रेलवे कॉलोनी का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।4
निरीक्षण के दौरान उनके साथ वरिष्ठ मंडल सुरक्षा आयुक्त/आरपीएफ, वरिष्ठ डीएमई (EnHM), वरिष्ठ डीईई (जी), डीईएन (HQ)सहित संबंधित पर्यवेक्षक एवं स्वास्थ्य निरीक्षक मौजूद रहे।
निरीक्षण के दौरान रेलवे भूमि पर कई अनधिकृत एवं अवैध अतिक्रमण पाए गए। गोलबाज़ार मार्केट क्षेत्र में कुछ दुकानदारों द्वारा रेलवे विद्युत आपूर्ति में अवैध हुकिंग एवं चोरी करते हुए भी पकड़ा गया। सभी उल्लंघनकर्ताओं को नोटिस जारी किए जा रहे हैं तथा प्रचलित नियमों के तहत कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। दुकानदारों को केवल आवंटित क्षेत्र में ही व्यावसायिक गतिविधियाँ करने तथा दुकान के बाहर अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र पर अतिक्रमण न करने के लिए सख्त निर्देश दिए गए।
कुछ दुकानदारों द्वारा व्यावसायिक क्षेत्र का उपयोग आवासीय रूप से किए जाने की शिकायत भी पाई गई, जिन्हें तत्क्षण ऐसी निर्माणों को हटाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
रेलवे कॉलोनी क्षेत्र में भी कुछ खान–पान एवं अन्य व्यावसायिक इकाइयों में अवैध रूप से रेलवे बिजली का उपयोग पाया गया, जिसे तुरंत काट दिया गया। दुकानदारों को बाजार क्षेत्र में कचरा न फैलाने एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखने की हिदायत भी दी गई, ताकि परिसर स्वच्छ एवं स्वास्थ्यकर वातावरण बना रहे।
अपर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक (ऑपरेशन) ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को अनधिकृत अतिक्रमणों एवं अवैध संरचनाओं को हटाने हेतु समुचित बेदखली अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे रेलवे संपत्ति की सुरक्षा एवं जनसुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
दक्षिण-पूर्व रेलवे रेलवे परिसरों को अवैध कब्जे एवं दुरुपयोग से मुक्त रखते हुए सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं व्यवस्थित वातावरण प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
ADRM (Operations), Kharagpur Conducts Surprise Inspection at Golbazaar Market & Railway Colony Areas
In a bid to ensure safety, cleanliness, and lawful use of railway premises, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Operation), Kharagpur, Ms. Maneesha Goel conducted a surprise inspection today at Golbazaar market area and adjoining Railway Colony.
She was accompanied by Sr. DSC/RPF, Sr. DME (EnHM), Sr. DEE (G), DEN(HQ) along with concerned supervisors and health inspectors.
During the inspection, several cases of unauthorized and illegal encroachments on railway land were detected. It was also found that some shopkeepers had resorted to illegal hooking and theft of railway electricity in the Golbazaar market area. Notices are being issued to the offenders, and strict action will follow as per extant rules. Shopkeepers were counselled not to go beyond their allotted commercial space and to refrain from converting commercial units into residential premises. Those who had raised residential structures within commercial allotments were instructed to remove them immediately.
Similar instances of illegal hooking and unauthorized use of railway electricity for running catering and commercial units were identified in the Railway Colony area. The unauthorised connections were immediately disconnected on the spot.
Shopkeepers and users of the area were also advised to maintain hygiene by avoiding littering and ensuring proper disposal of garbage to keep the surroundings clean.
The ADRM directed the concerned officials to intensify vigilance and carry out eviction drives wherever necessary to remove illegal encroachments and unauthorized structures, thereby safeguarding railway property and ensuring public safety.
