Kharagpur,Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated today by BJP in ward number 10, Shivnagar of kgp municipality. On this occasion, BJP shakti pramukh Mrs. Baby kole said that we had distributed food items to 150 poor people. Abhishek Aggarwal, Jagdish Aggarwal, Mo. Nazir Hussain, Ravi Sharma, Kiran Sharma, P Balaji, Pinaki, Sajal Rai, Dharmendra Sharma, Rakesh Sharma, Tirtha Pratim Barik, Sanjay Sharma, Dinesh doloi and others were present on occasion.
Food items were distributed to poor and helpless elders from house to house in ward no 9 & 17 by Sanatani pracharak. Suresh Pandey of Sanatan Dharma Sansthan said that we are also explaining the importance of social distancing to the people. Ajay Sharma said that Corona can be fought only by supporting the needy people.
KHARAGPUR TOWN AUTO RIKSHAW OPERATORS’ UNION, distributed relief to 250 poor auto–drivers in andhra high school. Each packet is containing of rice ,dal, potatoes and onions. samir guha union leader, V.S Satyanandam , V.Seshagiri Rao, K.Satyanarayans, Teacher–in–Charge have taken participation.
