Kharagpur, Loan process has eased & customer friendly by i-RAM system said Sumanta Mohanty , General Manager,Kolkata Zone. Mohanty was addressing the inaugraton ceremony of i-RAM Kharagpur of PNB 2.0 at Puratan bajar branch, Kharagpur on Friday. Ms. Mandakranta Biswas said i-RAM will cater to retail, Agriculture & MSME segments our primary objectives of i-RAM is to reduce the Turn Around Time of the credit proposals towards better customer service. she said we can sanctioned the loan above 10 lakh to 1 cr . 23 people received sanctioned letter of approx 4 cr loan amout in this occasion.
“We have approved loan of total 8 cr 20 lakh for 34 applicants” said Chief Manager G.Murli Rao. He further added total 134 branch of PNB from west midnapur dist will be benefitted from this hub. DGM Partha Pratim Pal, Circle Head (Paschim Midnapur ) Ratikant Biswal, AGM MCC Head Santosh Das, Chief Manager Pradip Roy. PNB IIT Branch Head- Narayan Jee & PNB Kharagpur Branch Head – Vivek Sharma & some other dignitaries were present on the occassion.
