खड़गपुर, सभी तरह के खाद्य सामग्री व्यापारी जो भोजन से संबंधित व्यवसाय करते हैं जैसे- भोजन तैयार करने का व्यवसाय, खाद्य वितरण व्यवसाय, छोटा होटल, किराना व्यवसाय, मिठाई की दुकान, छोटा रेस्टोरेंट, खानपान व्यवसाय, फल, सब्जी, बेकरी, चाय की दुकान, आलूचाप, सिंघाड़ा की दुकान, फुचका , मछली, मांस, अंडे का व्यवसाय, मोबाइल खाद्य व्यवसाय, कोई भी सड़क के किनारे का खाद्य व्यवसाय आदि सभी के लिए लागू है और जिनका वार्षिक कारोबार 12 लाख रुपये से कम है,ऐसे दुकानदारों के लिए गुरुवार को गोलबाजार, दुर्गेश्वरी मंदिर में रजिस्ट्रेशन मेले का आयोजन खड़गपुर चेंबर आफ कामर्स के सहयोग से किया गया । चेंबर के महासचिव बजरंग वर्मा ने बताया कि मेले में लगभग 100 लोगों का स्वास्थय परीक्षण व लगभग दो सौ लोगों का
A free health check-up camp and FSSAI registration camp were organized by the Kharagpur Chamber of Commerce on 29 December 2022, at Durgeshwari Mandir, Gole Bazar, Kharagpur. The camp was organized in association with Appolo Pharmacy & Majipal Cigna Health Insurance. The team from Appollo Pharmacy and the Doctor helped the attendees of the camp by advising on their current health status. Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Height & Weight checkup was offered. Nearly 100 people appeared in the Health Check up camp. The camp was successfully organized under the guidance of Bajrang Verma (General Secretary), Sailesh Jain (Vice President), Javed Ahmed Khan (Secretary), Vijay Agarwal (Treasurer), DCCI Secretary Chandan Roy and Joint Secretary Ashim Burman, and other members of the Kharagpur Chamber Of Commerce. Counselor D Vasanti, Surya Prakash Rao President of Kharagpur Trinamool Congress, and Shailendra Singha AINTUC were invited as guests of the Camp. The camp was coordinated by Ashwani Verma, Subir Sarkar and C. Sandhya.
FSSAI registration camp was also conducted in which Food Officer Kalpana Yadav and team took charge of the registration of FSSAI for small businessmen involved in food businesses like grocery shops, sweet shops, puchka wala, small restaurant owners, chop singhara sellers, etc. Approx 200 small business owners were registered in a single day. Many of small businessmen returned and was unable to register themselves with FSSAI. Suggestion of conducting the mega registration drive was proposed to the Chember members by many small businessmen who missed the registration event. Chamber also proposed the authority to conduct few more camps in near future so that the unregistered businessmen get another chance to register themselves.
