खड़गपुर रेल मंडल के चाकुलिया-कोकपारा के बीच राजधानी एक्सप्रेस में  पथराव, रेल अधिकारी की बाइक फूंकी, सिगनल व ट्रैक को किया क्षतिग्रस्त, मामला दर्ज, कभी भी हो सकता है हादसा

 

चाकुलिया-कोकपारा सेक्शन के बीच असामाजिक तत्वों का एक समूह जानबूझ कर रेलवे की संपत्ति, सिग्नलिंग सिस्टम और ट्रैक को नुकसान पहुंचा रहा है.

पिछले शुक्रवार को अपनी ओएफसी रखरखाव गतिविधि करते हुए, रेल अधिकारी की बाइक को भी इन बदमाशों ने निशाना बनाया और आग लगा दी।

खड़गपुर  रेल मंडल के सीनियर डीसीएम राजेश कुमार के अनुसार बदमाश ट्रेनों के सुरक्षित परिवहन में बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहा है।

चाकुलिया के पास बदमाशों द्वारा गुजर रही ट्रेनों पर पथराव की घटना हुई है। चलती ट्रेन पर पथराव करना ट्रेन के अंदर यात्रियों के लिए घातक हो सकता है। आरोपी न सिर्फ रेलवे की संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं और चोरी कर रहे हैं बल्कि कई यात्रियों की जान को भी खतरे में डाल रहे हैं.

सोमवार को चाकुलिया-कोकपारा के बीच डीएन इंटरमीडिएट ब्लॉक हट में सिग्नल बॉक्स, एक्सल बॉक्स और सिग्नल पोस्ट को निशाना बनाया और आवश्यक उपकरणों को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। उनके द्वारा ओएफसी केबल ज्वाइंट में भी आग लगा दी गई।टाटा से हिजली आ रही राजधानी एक्सप्रेस में भी पथराव किया गया।

कई लोग  इसे मानसिक रूप से विक्षिप्त व्यक्ति का काम बताया था, लेकिन उनका लगभग 4-5 बदमाशों का एक समूह है, जिनकी संदिग्ध आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि है, जो इस विनाश को अंजाम दे रहे हैं

बदमाशों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया था और जब आरपीएफ और जीआरपी की टीम आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए आगे बढ़ी तो बदमाशों के समूह ने सुरक्षाकर्मियों पर पारंपरिक हथियारों से हमला कर दिया.

आपराधिक गतिविधियों के कारण खंड में सुरक्षित परिवहन और ट्रेन की आवाजाही के लिए एक बड़ी चिंता पैदा कर रहा है।

रेलवे इन बदमाशों को पकड़ने के लिए स्थानीय जनता से भी सहयोग का अनुरोध करता है ताकि यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके और भविष्य में किसी भी दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना से बचा जा सके।

 

For the last few days, between CHAKULIA – KOKPARA section, a group of miscreants is purposely damaging the railway property, signalling system and tracks.

On last Friday, while performing his OFC maintenance activity, the bike of SSE/Tele/JGM was also targeted by the group of these miscreants and was put on fire.

As an organised crime scenario the group is continuously creating obstruction and hampering the safe transportation of trains in the section.

There were incidents of stone pelting on passing trains by the miscreants near Chakulia. Pelting stones on a moving train can be Fatal to the passengers inside the train. The accused are not only damaging and stealing the railway property but also they are endangering the lives of many passengers.

Today the group had targeted the Signal box, Axle Box, and signal post at DN intermediate Block Hut in between CHAKULIA- KOKPARA and damaged the essential equipment. The OFC cable joint was also put on fire by them.

media  reported it as the work of a mentally disturbed person, but their is a group of around 4-5 miscreants having suspected criminal background who are carrying out this destruction and damaging of essential railway property in an organised criminal manner. The theft of the railway property were also been noticed.

A Case was registered against the miscreants and when the RPF and GRP team proceeded to arrest the accused, the security personnel were attacked by the group of the miscreants by traditional weapons.

This is causing a great concern for the safe transportation and train movements in the section due to the criminal activities of the group.

Railways request the co-operation from the local public also to nab these miscreants so that the safety of the passenger may be ensured and any unfortunate incident may be avoided in future.
