खड़गपुर, खड़गपुर के साहाचौक बांबे रोड के समीप स्थित शान होटल में केक मिक्सिंग सेरेमनी मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर होटल के कंसलटेंट सौम्य सेनगुप्ता ने kgpnews.in से बातचीत में कहा कि केक मिक्सिंग सेरेमनी काफी पुराना ट्रेडिशन है पर यह मुख्यतः बड़े होटलों का कल्चर है। पहले फाइव स्टार होटल में ही मनाया जाता था पर अब यह धीरे धीरे छोटे होटलों में भी मनाना शुरु हुआ है.

उन्होंने बताया कि केक मिक्सिंग सेरेमनी जो कि क्रिसमस से एक से डेढ़ महीने पहले शुरु होता है इसमें क्रिसमस केक बनाने के लिए विभिन्न तरह के ड्राई फ्रूट को वाइन व स्पिरिट वगैरह में मिला कर रख दिया जाता है व क्रिसमस से पहले इससे केक बनाया जाता है। उन्होने बताया कि सन 22 से शान होटल सार्वजनिक तौर पर केक मिक्सिंग सेरेमनी मना रही है. 

मैनेजर अनिल पारिक ने बताया कि शान होटल का अपना बेकरी भी है वे लोग चाकलेट केक का आर्डर भी लेते हैं। क्रिसमस केक काउंटर में बिक्री के लिए भी उपलब्ध होगी।

होटल शान अपना विस्तार कर रही है सौम्य सेनगुप्ता ने बताया कि अप्रैल 23 तक होटल में कई आधुनिक सुविधाएं मिलने लगेगी। जिसमें बालीवुड थीम में फैमिली रेस्टूरेंट के अलावा, जिम, स्वीमिंग पूल, लान, बैंक्वेट हाल भी होगा।

He told that the cake mixing ceremony which starts one to one and a half months before Christmas, in which various types of dry fruits are mixed with wine and spirit etc. to make Christmas cake and the cake is made from it before Christmas. . He told that since 22nd year, Shaan Hotel has been celebrating cake mixing ceremony publicly.

Manager Anil Pareek told that Shaan Hotel also has its own bakery and they also take orders for chocolate cake. Christmas cakes will also be available for sale at the counter.

 

The hotel will be expanded in six months, modern facilities including swimming pool, lawn will be available.

 

Hotel Shan is expanding. Soumya Sengupta said that by April 23, many modern facilities will be available in the hotel. Apart from a family restaurant in Bollywood theme, there will also be a gym, swimming pool, lawn and banquet hall.
