ADDITIONAL STOPPAGES OF TRAINS AT GHAZIABAD AND SAHIBABAD STATION TO REDUCE FOOTFALL OF PASSENGERS IN NEW DELHI  

Kolkata, 8^th September, 2023:

Additional Stoppages provided at Gaziabad and Sahibabad Station to reduce footfall of passengers in New Delhi as mentioned below:

Stoppage of Trains at Gaziabad:

• 20817 Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani Express, journey commencing on 09.09.2023 will stop at Ghaziabad Station.

• 22823 Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, journey commencing on 08.09.2023 will stop at Ghaziabad Station.

• 20839 Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, journey commencing on 09.09.2023 will stop at Ghaziabad Station.

Stoppage of Train at Sahibabad:

• 12877 Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express, journey commencing on 08.09.2023 will stop at Sahibabad Station.

REGULATION OF TRAINS DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS IN ADRA DIVISION

Kolkata, 8^th September, 2023:

In view of Rolling Block in Adra Division of South Eastern Railway, the following trains will be regulated as under:

Cancellation of Trains:

1. 08680/08679 Adra-Midnapur-Adra MEMU Special, journey commencing on 12.09.2023, 15.09.2023, 16.09.2023 & 17.09.2023 will remain cancelled.
2. 08647/08648 Adra-Barabhum-Adra MEMU Special, journey commencing on 12.09.2023, 14.09.2023 & 17.09.2023 will remain cancelled.
3. 08644/08643 Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU Special, journey commencing on 12.09.2023, 13.09.2023, 14.09.2023 & 16.09.2023 will remain cancelled.

Short Termination/Short Origination of Trains:

 

1. 08174/08652 Tatanagar-Asansol-Barabhum MEMU Special, journey commencing on 11.09.2023 to 17.09.2023 will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra.
2. 18035/18036 Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express, journey commencing on 12.09.2023, 14.09.2023 & 17.09.2023 will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra.

3. 03594/03593 Asansol-Purulia-Asansol MEMU Special, journey commencing on 12.09.2023, 13.09.2023, 14.09.2023, 15.09.2023 & 17.09.2023 will be short terminated at/short originated from Adra.

 

Rescheduling of Train:

 

1. 18036 Hatia-Kharagpur Express, journey commencing on 11.09.2023, 13.09.2023, 15.09.2023 & 16.09.2023 will be rescheduled to leave Hatia at 12.20 hrs. instead of 09.20 hrs.

INTRODUCTION OF RANCHI-NEW GIRIDIH-RANCHI EXPRESS

 WITH VISTADOME COACH

 

Kolkata, 08^th September, 2023:

It has been decided that 18617/18618 Ranchi-New Giridih-Ranchi Express will be introduced on 12.09.2023.

The regular run of this train will commence from 13.09.2023 both from Ranchi and New Giridih. The train will run on diverted route via Barkakana-Muri-Tatisilwai instead of Barkakana-Mesra-Tatisilwai till further advice. The detailed timings and stoppages of the train on its original route are as under:

On the inaugural day i.e 12.09.2023, it will run as 03309 New Giridih- Ranchi Special Express on open path timings on diverted route via Barkakana-Muri-Tatisilwai instead of Barkakana-Mesra-Tatisilwai.

The train will run daily with one Vistadome, two AC Chair Car, three General Chair Car and six General Second Class coaches.
