रेलवे ई-टिकट की गैर-कानूनी खरीद- बिक्री मामले में एक व्यक्ति गिरफ्तार
RPF बालेश्वर ने रेलवे ई-टिकट की गैर-कानूनी खरीद और बिक्री का पता लगाया; एक व्यक्ति गिरफ्तार

मौजूदा डेटा के एनालिसिस के आधार पर और RPF पोस्ट बालेश्वर द्वारा 08.12.2025 को पेश होने के लिए दिए गए नोटिस के जवाब में, श्रीमती निरुपमा भोई, जो गांव रंगपति, पी.ओ. राधाबल्लवपुर, जिला बालेश्वर, ओडिशा की रहने वाली हैं, सही पहचान के साथ RPF पोस्ट बालेश्वर में पेश हुईं।
इसके अनुसार, RPF पोस्ट बालेश्वर और CIB/खड़गपुर के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की एक जॉइंट जांच टीम, जिसे पोस्ट कमांडर, RPF बालेश्वर की देखरेख में बनाया गया था, ने श्रीमती निरुपमा भोई से रेलवे ई-टिकट खरीदने और सप्लाई करने के बारे में उनकी जानकारी के बारे में पूछताछ की। हालांकि, उन्होंने बताया कि उनके पति, श्री संजय पांडा, रेलवे ई-टिकट खरीदने और सप्लाई करने में शामिल थे और इस काम के लिए उनके बैंक अकाउंट का इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे।
इसके बाद, श्री संजय पांडा स्वेच्छा से 06.01.2026 को आरपीएफ पोस्ट बालेश्वर में उपस्थित हुए। जांच के दौरान, उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि श्रीमती निरुपमा भोई उनकी पत्नी हैं और वह ऑनलाइन रेलवे टिकट लेनदेन के लिए उनके बैंक खाते का उपयोग करते रहे हैं। उन्होंने यह भी स्वीकार किया कि उन्हें पहले से ही अपने स्वयं के बैंक खातों का उपयोग करके अवैध रेलवे ई-टिकट खरीद और आपूर्ति में शामिल होने के बारे में एक शिकायत के बारे में पता था। आरपीएफ द्वारा गिरफ्तारी की आशंका से, वह फरार हो गए और उसके बाद रेलवे ई-टिकट बुक करने के लिए अपनी पत्नी के बैंक खाते का उपयोग करना शुरू कर दिया। इसके चलते एक और शिकायत हुई, जिसमें उनकी पत्नी को उपस्थित होने के लिए नोटिस दिया गया, जिसके बाद पति और पत्नी दोनों आरपीएफ पोस्ट बालेश्वर में उपस्थित हुए।
उन्होंने रेलवे ई-टिकट बुक करने के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली तीन व्यक्तिगत IRCTC यूजर आईडी- अमर2008A, धना6252A और उषा6252A- का खुलासा किया उसके पास से 1,479.05/- रुपये और 10,873.27/- रुपये की कीमत के सात पुराने/कैंसल रेलवे ई-टिकट मिले।
वह बिज़नेस के मकसद से रेलवे ई-टिकट खरीदने और सप्लाई करने के लिए कोई वैलिड अथॉरिटी या लाइसेंस नहीं दिखा पाया। इसलिए, मौजूद गवाहों की मौजूदगी में उन ई-टिकटों और मोबाइल फ़ोन को ज़ब्त कर लिया गया और उसे रेलवे एक्ट के सेक्शन 143 के तहत सज़ा वाला जुर्म करने के लिए रेलवे एक्ट के सेक्शन 179(2) के तहत गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
इस सिलसिले में, RPF पोस्ट बालेश्वर ने रेलवे एक्ट के सेक्शन 143 के तहत केस नंबर 21/26 तारीख 06.01.2026 को रजिस्टर किया। आरोपी को आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए SDJM, बालेश्वर की माननीय कोर्ट में पेश किया गया।
RPF Baleshwar Detects Illegal Procurement and Sale of Railway E-Tickets; One Person Arrested
Kharagpur, 08 January 2026:
Based on analysis of available data and in response to a notice for appearance served on her on 08.12.2025 by RPF Post Baleshwar, Mrs. Nirupama Bhoi, resident of Village Rangapati, P.O. Radhaballavpur, District Baleshwar, Odisha, appeared at RPF Post Baleshwar with proper identification.
Accordingly, a joint inquiry team comprising officers and staff of RPF Post Baleshwar and CIB/Kharagpur constituted under the supervision of the Post Commander, RPF Baleshwar interrogated Mrs. Nirupama Bhoi regarding her knowledge of railway e-ticket procurement and supply. However, she disclosed that her husband, Mr. Sanjay Panda, was involved in the procurement and supply of railway e-tickets and had been using her Bank Account for the said purpose.
Subsequently, Mr. Sanjay Panda voluntarily appeared at RPF Post Baleshwar on 06.01.2026. During examination, he admitted that Mrs. Nirupama Bhoi is his wife and that he had been using her bank account, for online railway ticket transactions. He also admitted that he was earlier aware of a complaint regarding his involvement in illegal railway e-ticket procurement and supply using his own bank accounts. Apprehending arrest by RPF, he had absconded and thereafter started using his wife’s bank account for booking railway e-tickets. This led to another complaint in which his wife was noticed for appearance, following which both husband and wife attended RPF Post Baleshwar.
He disclosed three personal IRCTC user IDs—Amar2008A, Dhana6252A and Ushaa6252A—used by him for booking railway e-tickets and produced the mobile phone used for the same. On verification, one live railway e-ticket valued at Rs. 1,479.05/- and seven old/cancelled railway e-tickets valued at Rs. 10,873.27/- were found in his possession.
He failed to produce any valid authority or licence for engaging in railway e-ticket procurement and supply for business purposes. Accordingly, the said e-tickets and mobile phone were seized in the presence of available witnesses and he was arrested under Section 179(2) of the Railways Act for committing an offence punishable under Section 143 of the Railways Act.
In this connection, RPF Post Baleshwar registered Case No. 21/26 dated 06.01.2026 under Section 143 of the Railways Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of SDJM, Baleshwar, for further legal
action.
